The lady in the drive thru burnt my hand, and she did not even apologize. She gave me the cup, and the top was not on tight. As soon as I started to pull it through my window, it pops open and sill all over my bare hand. (It has been 20 mins and my hand is still tingling.) I told he and she just looked at me and kept reaching for whatever she was doing. I said it again thinking she did not understand me. She grabs my cup and said, "then give it here," then walks away. She never apologized. I said, "excuse me," to ask for some ice, and no one looked my way. At this point another guy was talking to her while she was doing something. I could not figure out what she was doing. I said, "Excuse me, can I have some ice 5 times." Getting louder each time, the lady comes to the window, and gets an attitude with me. She said," stop calling us, I am trying to get you another drink," while pointing her finger at me then walks away. I could not believe her. She never explained anything, but then gets an attitude with me. I just wanted some ice. Really? Read moreI just ordered a drink through the drive through , When I got to the window to pick up my drink it was raining and I open my window to pay with my phone and help my phone out the girl thought she was ready she was not she reverted back inside I close my window I was completely soaked by this point she came to the window again and said she was ready to roll down my window she said I’m sorry about that and then turned her head to the register still did not scan my phone as my phone is outside getting soaked so I put my phone back in and I left. I called to talk to the manager mediately and was put on hold and then hung up on. I am mediately called back and got someone on the phone. The girl told me her first name and I said I would like a first And last name so that when I talk to a manager I can tell them who I spoke to she said I’m not giving you my name and I can’t hear you I can’t hear you she obviously can’t hear me because she knew what I asked her. Read moreNormally I give good reviews but this was the poorest experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. Two women were waiting for their walk up mobile order when I arrived. They mentioned they had been waiting quite a while as only one of their two drinks were ready when they arrived. There was only one car in the drive up line. No other cars arrived while I was there. Four employees were working inside yet none would make eye contact with me when I came up to the window. Mobile ordered at 5:04 pm, arrived at 5:12. When someone finally came to the window and acknowledged me, they had not even started to make the drink. Waited while the four employees inside keep chatting with each other. My drink was made but placed well inside the window so that one of them had to come give it to me after it sat for several minutes (it was placed by a Starbucks bag so I wasn’t certain it whether It belonged to me). Was handed the drink at 5:25 pm. Thankfully I wasn’t in a hurry to be somewhere.
