Golden Wok — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I am highly upset with my general tso chicken combo meal. They did not make the rice or chicken fresh , but instead they just put in the tray and delivered it. ( it had to be sitting there for hours) The General Tso chicken looks like clumps of dark dried up meat with very little sauce causing it to be very dry. The rice looks and taste like over done- oily sticky rice. I called them up and they said, “this is how we always make it.” No apology or anything. Then they started yelling in their native language, I thought that was blatantly disrespectful. Whatever you do, do not order here!!!! This place is really going downhill! I ordered 2 small shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. When I went to pay, I saw the fried rice just sitting out on the counter, uncovered. After getting my food and sitting in the car, my aunt opened her egg roll only to find it was tiny, like the size of my index finger. The rice was flavorless, some parts were hard while others were mushy. The shrimp was also mushy and tasted terrible. I called the restaurant to complain, but the person on the phone insisted that's how it's supposed to be (which is definitely not true). I mentioned the rice looked old and there were only 4 shrimp in my small order. They offered to remake it, but I decided it wasn't worth it. I'd rather not...

If I could give it less than 0 I would. This place is ridiculous. My friend ordered rice with gravy and they delivered some extremely dry rice WITHOUT gravy. Then they got an attitude over the phone when she asked for her money back. She drove up there to give them the food back and the extremely racist owner told her they didn't have a problem with any body else except "you people"
