Super unprofessional tonight. The lady was having a hard time deciphering my order on Wednesday Night 7/17/2024. They got super snarky about it and made comments in the background about it. The male I’m assuming was the manager, he was the one making comments. Totally unacceptable. Hope they get some sort of punishment for it. Just rude. (Edit - I wrote the previous while pulling up to the drive thru). So they refuse my order for calling them out on it. The guy said “My God” in the background (implying it was something wrong with me and I said “Yeah, My God”, as I started to pull up insinuating it was them and that was rude and unprofessional to say where a customer could hear. But I pull up, the guy says he reserves the right not to serve anybody. I say “fine”, whatever, I go home and order food dash and the driver tell me 30 minutes later that they won’t give him the food, like w seriously? Could you be any more petty for your own mistake? So I go up in a different vehicle and try to order and the same thing. Unprofessional comments at the drive thru. Asking me about stuff I have in my truck bed over the intercom, like just take my order please. So not once, but twice they were joking around over the intercom. Bunch of immature kids running this place. Manager is a real piece of work. I’m just assuming he was the manager. He was the ring leader. Wednesday July 17 between 10 and 11pm. I won’t go back. Read moreI stopped by this Taco Bell on 9/1/2025, I place my order thru drive thru, and pulled up to the window to pay. My order total was $34.65. When I pulled up to the window I noticed the employee had on gloves. I gave the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t preparing food, touching their headset/computer screens, and taking cards with the same said gloved hands. The cashier’s name on the receipt was Conda W. After she took my payment she did what I thought she wouldn’t do which was start to prepare my food without changing her gloves. It was a young male employee that walked past the window and I got his attention and explained what I just saw and immediately requested a refund. Conda W came back to the window, at this point with no gloves on her hands, and asked for my card to process the refund. No ownership, no accountability whatsoever. She nastily asked for the drink back that I was supposed to receive with my combo. I gladly said “absolutely “ and gave the drink back. Conda W could care less about customers health or well being. I will not be returning to this establishment and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either. I’m 8 months pregnant and would’ve initiated a lawsuit if I would’ve gotten sick from her negligence. Read moreHey! I have a confession: I’m a huge fan and pretty much live on your grilled cheese burrito! It’s my go-to order and I’m not shy about it. 😋 But today… oh boy, it was one of those a “bad burrito day”. Sometimes I get the ground meat more flavorless than it usually is (red and saucy) and I swear, the rice has its own agenda! Like some pieces decided to break apart in my mouth! And let me tell you about the fiesta strips they need a little more crunch. It's like they decided to take a nap right in the middle of my burrito instead of being the star of the show. Now, I know the burrito can be fully loaded with goodness, but this one was more “meh” than “wow.” Oh, and the nacho fries today? Stale! 😢 I think I need to track down the genius who usually nails my order! Im sure they'll know the secret to consistently delicious burritos.
