😡🤬 My husband, my daughter and I went shopping at Kohls on 2/06/2022 at around 7:00pm, I have never felt the Racial Profiling so much as my family and I did that night. We went through the stores, we were on a search for one specific item a pair of shoes. Having found the shoes we devided to browse the jewelry section. My husband wanted to look at sunglasses, which are usually krpt in the Jewelry section At first I though they had sold out, we finally found the display tucked away in the women's clothing section. We stopped an employee and asked if he could please show us the sunglasses but he responded he did not have the key and told us someone with a key would be by shortly. We waited for about 5 minutes and a different employee showed up, my husband had already settled on a pair of Ray Bans he liked and happily pointed them out to her. She proceeded to open the display, took the sunglasses out and held them up for my husband to see. She would not let him hold them, he had to ask her twice if he could try the glasses on. She finally let him hold them and I could see he liked them, quickly put them to his face, took them right off and gave them back to her saying "no thank you". Of course I asked what happened as we walked off and he said "Im not getting them, I want them but not when she wont even let me touch them". This exchange happened in Spanish because my husband's English is not the best.

We went straight to check out, got the "How was your visit, did you find everything ok?" Question from the cashiers I replied "No" and proceeded to inform her of the incident that just happened by the sunglasses display. She responds with "That's logical, you guys might do a grab and run." These people decided that we might steal these sunglasses just by looking at us, because we were Hispanic!!!!! 🤬😡🤬😡 Shame on you Kohls for hiring these type of...

I’ve been here countless times , but I’ve always found it to be just a nice store ! Clean and organized . I’ve seen a ton of changes happen recently to the store which I’m highly intrigued by , redoing the center and what seems like completely changing the jewelry section ! But besides the excitement I have for the changes , the kitchen section is just great , if you need smaller appliances this store has you covered , you have like 10 varieties of waffle makers , toasters , air fryers , and more ! And with kitchen tools, they also have you covered for almost any dinner plan ! Housekeeping devices like vacuums are also present and in a decent variety here . Shark and Dison name brand vacuums are present and I’ve bought vacuums from here numerous times over over the last few years . Shark is still a all time favorite, and they have everything from hard floors to carpet, to pet specialized vacuums . But enough said about that , they also just have a great variety of clothing . The bedding area also boasts many different pillows, covers, sheets , and more . But I greatly appreciate the color sorted towels and more it looks so pretty ! But with that said I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for any kitchen tools , home decor , clothes , or in some seasons...

Today I came in to get my son a pair of shoes. As he loves shopping oh so much, he found a pair that he tried on and liked in record time. On the way out I found a couple of graphic T-shirts and a button up that he also liked. Now, of course the Kohl's app wouldn't load. I have never dealt with a more inconveniently slow app. I finally gave up and just had the nice cashier lady ring me up. Felt like I got a good deal, 2 marvel shirts, a button up and a pair of shoes for $57 dollars. Then... Bam! Kid needs to use the bathroom, so we head back to the customer service area where the restrooms are. As I am waiting for him, the app loads. Come to find out I have a $10 off coupon as well as a 30% off coupon. The wonderful women at customer service chatted with me and helped me return and re-ring up my items. Same list of items and now I got them for $34. It was a wonderful experience. Great deals and the customer service...
