First I want to be clear that I really, really like Frazier Farms. The have great organic food, super deli, premade, bakery, juices...I shop there all the time. However there are a few things with the staff that can just be really irritating. If they are stocking shelves you really have to make it clear you want to BUY something and they need to move in order for you make the purchase. The next one is wild. I love their juices and buy a lot. So following their instructions I placed an order ahead of time. Oh lord, the young woman, who runs juicing, gave me so many instructions of the proper procedure in order for her to accomplish this was nuts. It's not physics, it's just 10 more juices. The second time I went in, also having pre-ordered, the same woman decided I REALLY needed to understand how difficult this was making her work life. She actually started to show me her order lists going to and from another store and when this happened, then that could happen....I listened patiently and left. What I wanted to say was, 'I don't want to know about your process and I really don't want you to show it to me on paper like I am a 5 year old. I got my MBA 25 years ago and have been doing flow charts since before you were on this planet, so spare me the insulting lecture and pity party. When I buy 10 juices at a time, at $10 a bottle do you really think it's appropriate to scold me when I went through the process as requested? Then the checkers seem to have some strange attitude with bags. Like it really throws them off when you don't bring exactly the correct amount of bags, or worse you do bring bags, put your groceries in them and then they have to take the out and put them back in. Isn't that the whole idea?The sad part is I would say 90% of the people working there are amazing, but these 10% make me feel like I may have to do battle every time I walk in. It's crazy I went in for a job interview today my interview was at 10 but I showed up at 9:30 I went to shake the managers hand but she looked at me like I had a disease she was very reluctant to shake my my hand her name is Michelle she told me it was 9:30 I said I know I'm early and she said well I'm not going to see you right now I'm not going to see you until 10 she said I can wait in the parking lot if I wanted to or I can come back she was very rude and unprofessional I feeling like people like that should not be in that position if she treated me like that I could only imagine how she treats her customers and not only that her employee's it's crazy cuz my family and my friends shop there all the time but now we feel like boycotting you guys. Read moreI went into the store per usual but for the first time, with my infant. There were no carts that would fit the car seat, which I find really inconvenient. Try shopping for your weeks groceries for your family with a 30lb car seat/infant on one arm. I inquired about this with a manger and she stated the aisles are too small for bigger carts. Ok but what about the electric scooters? You make an exception for those shoppers that need extra support, but not for parents with infants? She suggested I bring in my stroller. I would like to see someone shop for a weeks worth of groceries with just the space in the bottom of a stroller. Do the right thing & get a few carts with the cart seat mount on the top to partner with parents who are trying to do it all and can’t even get their groceries with ease. Lastly, the manager I spoke with paused for literally ten seconds before talking to me - as if trying to decide if this was serious complaint. Unprofessional. Parents with kids- skip this store.
