I came into the Voorhees location to order four smoothies and was told I had to order in the app for the promotional discount which was not an issue. I completed my order and waited 40 minutes as the staff passed over my order to do orders that came after mines. The cashier was aware I was waiting. My order was wrong as I paid an upcharge of $6 for butter peacan to be added and recieved none at all. When I brought this to the cashiers attention I was told that the store is not affiliated with the app and therefore could not correct my order. When I responded that I would contact corporate I was told this location is franchised and that my call is pointless. I did not argue or cause a scene though I felt frustrated that I spent $30 on drinks and did not get what I ordered. The cashier was not friendly or helpful and at times seemed to be condescending. Read moreIf you’re going to make smoothies starting at $9 a pop and I come in and order two with three enhancers each, YOU need to carry change for $100 in your register. PERIOD. There is no reason for me to have spent $20 at your store and be told you guys don’t have 4 $20 bills in your register....or 2 $20s and 4 $10s....or 3 $20s some $10s and some $5s whatever combination it might be there is no reason to not have it in the drawer. The price of these smoothies are way too expensive for that and I know the girl behind the counter might have actually had it but just didn’t want to get it done. Annoying. Also, Ice the parking lot. Read moreI come to smoothie king very often. I usually visit the Marlton or Voorhees locations and my experiences have varied. I did visit the location on Blackwood Clementon road in Blackwood, NJ twice and my experience was horrible! The employees were rude and they made my smoothie incorrectly 3 times. I was told that I was going to get a refund twice and it never happened. I was so upset and said I would not go to smoothie king again.
Today, I went because my brother wanted a smoothie so I got one too. I interacted with 2 employees Mark and Myresha. They were pleasant and attentive. It was a great experience. Special shout out to Mark for making my smoothie...
