Ty was great at helping us purchase an adjustable king bed. He was very knowledgeable and informative on making the right decision. If the review was about the in-store experience, I would give 5 stars. However, once the bed was finally delivered, the guys who installed it did NOT install/assemble properly. I think a kindergartener could have put it together better. The bed made popping and grinding noises when you adjust the position settings, so I looked under the bed only to find wires hanging everywhere, pins missing, brackets bent, and nothing lining up right. I called Denver Mattress back and spoke with Justin who was friendly and apologetic. Due to it being a Friday, the earliest they could sent someone out to fix it was Monday (today) which is understandable but frustrating that someone even had to come back in the first place. They sent Move Waco out to fix it and when they got there and saw it, they could not believe how poorly it had been installed and said "I cant believe this did not break yet". Josh W is awesome!!! We'd already been to a few other furniture and mattress retailers when we came to Denver Mattress Co in Hewitt! I was tired of pushy salesmen and overpriced mediocre mattresses... We walked in just to check, and were calmly and politely greeted by Josh W he asked us what we were looking for (king, firm, in stock to take home today). He showed us the mattress they had in stock, but when I asked to see something cheaper, NO judgemental look or comments or tone, he just showed us our options and explained the mattresses. Then he left us alone, just far enough to give us space, but close enough that we could easily ask any questions; it was perfect! He was super knowledgeable, professional and also friendly and honestly funny! My husband and I kept saying afterward how nice it was to not feel pressured into any purchases or pricier options... And we even ended up going with the instock model (the coil isolation sold us). Just goes to show that a knowledgble but kind & non-pushy salesperson gets the best sale. Over the years, I think we've purchased seven mattresses from Denver Mattress. Those purchases included twin-sizes for kids going to college, etc. We have NEVER had a disappointing experience nor bought a disappointing product. My wife and I have been talking about how it's time to replace our 9+ year-old mattress, and while driving to work yesterday, we decided to carve-out one hour at the end of the day to stop by Denver Mattress in Furniture Row. We were greeted by Justin, and he focused entirely on what we each wanted in a mattress. My wife and I are typically "on the same page," but for our mattress, we wanted different things -- I prefer firmness and she prefers softness with minimal motion transfer. Within forty-five minutes or so, Justin had helped us narrow their vast inventory to three options that would suit both of us very well. We made our decision, made our purchase, and left the store discussing how well our visit went and how pleased we were with the price point too.
