Dillard's — Local services in Waco

What I don’t understand is why the associates have to be so aggressive for sales, credit card application, and stay an extra two hours on the holidays when the entire mall is closed and NO ONE IS IN THE STORE?? The quota’s you set for the employees are EXTREMELY way to high for anyone to accomplish it’s a failure for anyone. It’s impossible for anyone to work for Dillards when you have an imaginary number to meet. Please explain to me how that works? All the employees working are beating a dead horse to met an invisible number that doesn’t mean anything. Dillards in Waco is a fire hazard waiting to happen with all the merchandise in the center of the walk ways how is it safe for anyone to walk when merchandise comes in every single day. Dillards in Waco is way too small and too much merchandise. Please change to help your employees or something!! I rated a 1 star because Dillards is ridiculous overly priced and for the employees because they deserve a lot more then how you are treating them. Dillards is the only store doing a quota. It’s 2018 change already Hubble and linchford not the 1940’s. Let me know how your Monday through Friday holidays and weekends off are because your employees will be working them for you with no extra pay...

First, I was very impressed with a security personnel from Dillard's who walk out of the store while we were also leaving and he approached a suspicious vehicle that was parked in front of the store in the wheelchair spot and questioned him why he was parked there. The person who was parked in the wheelchair accessible parking spot did not have a parking permit to park there nor was he waiting for anyone inside who needed wheelchair access. The gentleman was not pleased for being told he had to move his vehicle to a different spot. Thank you security personnel for making sure that wheelchair access is reserved and used by those who need it. The store is big, filled with many selections of merchandise. Nice quality of clothing and shoes but a little high priced. They carry designer shoes, handbags, clothes, and make up. The store is very clean, and customer service is great especially the Clinique ladies. Located in Richland Mall, easy to see and access from the highway. Very big parking lot with wheelchair access. The store itself is wheelchair accessible, they will even assist you should you need...

In the men's section of Dillard's, Martin Rivera (I'm not 100% on his name, but I'm pretty sure that's what his name tag said) was very helpful! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. He was prompt, thorough, and obviously knew what he was talking about. I hope he gets a raise because he deserves it!!!!

Update: The Women's Dillard's was okay, except for whoever was in charge of the sleep wear section. She kept following me around like I was going to steal something. She kept asking if I needed help, but in a derogatory way. And after me telling her no (for a third time in five minutes) I started walking away to literally anywhere else because I couldn't even enjoy shopping and she followed me and said "That's all plus size!" in a snotty tone.
