Very nice store, but overpriced. Also the manager, or what I’m assuming was a manager should have also had the title of “mask police.” I had taken down my mask earlier to drink my coffee and was checking out with the things i was buying. She at first asked me if i needed a mask but then saw i had mine at my chin...she then asked me to put up my mask but did so in a way that came from a place of high disapproval over the fact that I had momentarily taken it down to drink my coffee. It was like a child being scolded for doing something “wrong”. This is not great customer service. I could have said something to her but I politely agreed to put the mask back up rather than explain myself. However I left feeling like I did something wrong. Let me make something very very clear...regardless of what people think of the choices you make (even if it’s for a moment to take a sip of coffee)...in NO way is it their right to tell you what to do. They can ask, but thats as far as it goes. It is your choices that you get to make, regardless if the other side disapproves. Ordered July 19- delivered September 22. Unfortunately they failed to mention the order could take 8-10 weeks to ship. Non the less technically on time ish.
Product is delivered and setup with white glove service. And we'll. We have mismatching parts. The bed is grey but for some reason we recieved navy blue rails.
No problem, so I call support. They tell me I can accept the order and they will send them back with new rails.
Ticket is opened. September 22. Customer service says it takes normally 2-3 days for vendor to get back. A week passes. I contact them, they tell me the same thing. Another week passes. Same exact answer. Now here we are 1 month later with the same canned responses.
Quite disappointed with this transaction. I would avoid buying furniture from Magnolia like a plague.
Update December 1- still no parts. They have scheduled delivery twice and have never showed up. Representatives can give an answer as to why. I requested a return and I have no recieved no feedback...
Read moreOrdered from here after a long wait for my items. One of my items was damaged. Took over a week to receive email confirmation that my items would be shipped. While in the process actually went in to store personally to ask about the shipping times and why over two weeks to get shipping. Absolutely no help. ( tried the chat and phone and it’s a robot with no help and too many errors)
Also purchased some chandler plates but they were all scratched and I was told that’s all they have so purchased it since I still failed to get my delivery. But when looking around another store in there actually had some more so attempted to do a return they stated no I could do that since they were two different shops. That I would have to go to the other one return it then come back and re purchase. But I will say there was absolutely sweet lady that stepped in and understood the frustration and stated that made no sense and she was sorry that they even allowed me to purchase them like that.
