Watch your bill. They have items priced at 99.99 and then charge you 119.99. I have a Lorena address so I am not in Waco every day. I also had a coupon for 15% off my total purchase. I looked at my receipt and with the coupon I was charged 101.99. When I drove back they looked and everyone was ticketed 99.99. They said the person who put then out didn’t know there was a price increase. They stated they would refund the difference between 101.99 and the 99.99. I said I had the coupon for 15% off. It was stated I had used that coupon and could not use it again. I just wanted it corrected, they owed me the 2.00 I was overcharged and the 15.00 for my coupon plus tax. They told me I could return it for a refund. I will take back my whole order. So they would rather return 128.00 than satisfy me with a 17.00 adjustment. Their customer service is a minus 10. I would recommend not to shop there anymore. I have shopped a lot in the past once I get my refund I will not go in that store...

So went out front to tell the gentleman opening up the managers door. Said you have rats. He said I know. I said they’re easy to get rid of all you have to do is go down here about a half a mile to tractor supply and buy some bait and some bait boxes. He goes I know, but corporate is in charge. And they got a higher certain people. I said just do it. But he has been waiting for corporate to do something about it. If your employees know that there’s rats and your customer knows there’s rats you do something about it. Apparently this been going on for quite some time. Needless to say I am not going back. You do not be rude to your staff. Especially when your contacting him on speaker phone. He did not feel comfortable with your attitude. I as well as many customers did not like it either our jaws dropped. Bad day or not busy or not that was very unprofessional.this guy was on register 4 and she calls telling William that he needs to be at his register and answer the phone... excuse me.... that was rude. He said I'm at register 4 if you could call that one cause he has a long line of customers she said get on the phone at 3 and give me a price. He stops what he's doing and she's slurring her number gives him a number of 203802 and then huffs and slowly like a child says totally different numbers again.
