The situation began as a fun date idea and escalated into a possible addiction. I started infrared sauna sessions at Drip Culture at the beginning of October and immediately went for the membership because I knew I wanted to go at least 3x per week to give all the health claims I’d heard about a fair chance to kick in. I have made five sessions most weeks and feel more clear-headed and less stressed after I go. I kinda hate when I have to skip a day. The first benefit I noticed was more solid sleep/less wake-ups during the night. The other major physically measurable improvement was with my flexibility and range of motion. (I attended a barre class after five sauna sessions but after missing barre for two weeks. The movements that were typically more difficult after skipping barre were actually easier. That was unexpected for me.) Several people have commented on my skin/glow and asked what I’m doing. That’s nice. Probably the biggest thing I’ve noticed personally is that my shoulders drop at some point while I am sweating—release of tension is the best way I can describe it. One of sweetest (yet backhanded) confirmations that this is a good investment for me came from my nine-year-old son— “Mom, you’ve gotten more fun since the sauna.” A huge bonus is the whole atmosphere of Drip Culture. You will most likely feel like you have just made the whole day of whoever greets you because the welcome is so warm. Delicious nourishing snacks, fancy electrolyte drinks/tea options and the cold eucalyptus infused face towel make post-sauna dreamy. Shannon and Nikki radiate care and love. If you are on the fence about going, treat yourself. Also, feel free to kick me off the sofa—I will have probably been there too long.

We found the best outing while in the Mad River Valley when we visited Drip Culture. Ski? Sauna. Swim? Sauna! Drip Culture has the perfect welcoming Vermont vibe while delivering cutting edge healing technology. Do your research and recover

As a Member at Drip Culture, I've had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible benefits of infrared sauna therapy and cold plunging on a regular basis. And I owe it all to the amazing Nikki and Shannon, who have been instrumental in helping me get the most out of my membership. From the moment I signed up, Nikki and Shannon have been super supportive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the science behind contrast therapy and helping me create a personalized plan to achieve my wellness goals. Their passion for health and wellness is contagious, and I've found myself looking forward to each session more and more. The facilities at Drip Culture are top-notch, with clean and well-maintained infrared saunas and a cold plunge that's always at the perfect temperature. But what really sets Drip Culture apart is the sense of community that Nikki and Shannon have fostered among members. It's amazing to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who share my passion for wellness, and I've made some great connections and friends through the membership program. I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and wellbeing since I have been coming to Drip Culture, and I attribute it all to the expert guidance of Nikki and Shannon. They've helped me learn how to listen to my body and tailor my sessions to get the most out of each experience. The flexibility of the membership program is also a huge plus - I can drop in whenever I like, and Nikki and Shannon are always happy to accommodate my schedule. And with regular sessions, I've found that I'm sleeping better, recovering faster from workouts, and just feeling more energized and focused overall. If you're considering a Contrast Therapy Membership at Drip Culture, I highly recommend it. Nikki and Shannon are the ultimate wellness professionals, and their dedication to helping you achieve your goals is unparalleled. Thanks to them, I've discovered a renewed commitment to my health...

I would give six stars if the rating system allowed me! A rainy day in the middle of my weeklong stay at Waitsfield turned into a wonderful discovery called drip culture. Nikki was an AMAZING person to learn/experience about infared saunas for the first time. She definitely represents the “culture” in the company name with her energy and enthusiasm that makes you feel part of a community within minutes.

Would highly recommend for anyone to try - whether it be to cap a day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking | kick-start your day | or take a moment to be still...
