Rexel — Local services in Waldorf

Let me begin by stating, I’ve never done a single review in my life! Ever.

That being said, I was compelled to go online and speak about my continuous experience when visiting the Waldorf location.

Top notch service. Period. We are a small remodeling company out of Southern Maryland (@iRenovateDMV). What that means (usually) is that you are treated as such..in most establishments. Not here. Spoke with 2 different employees including the manager about finding one of the most basic lighting components and basically got shrugged and fast talked into why they can't actually help me with my lighting work..... kept asking for basically irrelevant info because they don't have a firm grasp on the components they sell.... so I'd go ahead and go to grainger. At least there they'll search in their system and not just say they...
