Dealt with Michael the salesman who was very patient and no pressure, talked us through price and options, did rough estimates for us to take home. After us changing our minds about every time we visited (and even more times when we were home), we settled on Black Pearl and Fantasy Brown, both are granite. The black pearl was 50% off. We're selling the house in a few years, so wanted an upgraded look.

One of the owners came by to do measurements and finalize the cost. Was easy to work with and answered many questions we had. Again, no hard sales pressure or upgrade pushing. The installers were great, no dust issues (we emptied them just in case), and the plumber did a great job. There were a few white marks on the black peral, the owners came out and buffed them out a few other rough spots and made the seam on the long counter tops look almost invisible. Ignore the drywall, we'll get that cleaned up later with the tile backsplash. The hole in the wall was from the original builder, not US Granite, the studs were not square.

Overall, they were patient and professional through the entire process I'm was pleased with the wide selection, price, quality, but imitiately I'm really excited with the final result. I would NOT recommend this company to purchase granite countertops. They are not professional and their work is sloppy. Once you sign the contract you are treated like a nuisance that must work around their schedule instead of trying to accommodate the customer who just spent a large chunk of money. They are disorganized and the communication between the office (who does all the scheduling) and the workers is non-existent. Our biggest complaint is the horrible job they did on the seam, it looks ragged and very noticeable when it should look smooth and only slightly noticeable. They also damaged our freshly painted walls without any regard whatsoever, claiming it's in the contract - they are not responsible for any damage done during installation.
