My wife and I come here everyday after work. Clearly we are the fools for continuously coming back. EVERY TIME weâve came the service was HORRIBLE. We kept coming back hoping for a change I guess. Besides this one younger black woman I wish I knew her name to give her props but she hasnât been there. It seems the servers rely on the QR codes on the table, and forget that they are servers. We wait extra long for food, have to ask for more napkins, drinks, or utensils. But todayâs issue was it for me. We came and ordered mozzarella sticks, wings, and fries. We never got our fries. Our wings temperature was like someone blew a hot breath on them, and they were dry. The sauce was barely covering the wings and I wish they were so maybe the wings wouldnât be so dry. It took years to chew it because they were that dry. We came last Thursday, and asked for new fries because our fries came out cold. Our fries tasted re-fried. They were hard and greasy. That same day we were missing 5 wings and had to ask for them. The waiters rarely ask questions like âdo you need anythingâ or âneed a refillâ. When I looked around I noticed you only get that attention if your friends with the servers. Cause theyâll laugh, constantly check in, bring them refills without asking. For us it seems we have to flag a server down, and get on our knees to get something, OR have to keep reminding them cause they keep forgetting. Each time we came in my wife wanted me to tip nothing. But understanding servers get paid from tips, and once myself working in the food industry, the good in me couldnât. I would at least tip 2 dollars but today? I had to tip nothing. They donât deserve anything. No one welcomed us, it was unclear who our server was because we had 3 different people bring us food. None of them introduced themselves. 3 PEOPLE AND NONE OF THEM INTRODUCED THEMSELVES OR DID THEIR JOB AS A SERVER! No one spoke to us really, the only time they spoke was when our meal was 38 dollars and they said âdo you want changeâ? Absolutely. I would like every cent. I want my 2...
Read more2 years later after my 1st review, heres my update. I called in my order due to time restraint. The young lady that took my order was very nice and helpful. She did an excellent job. We arrived at the restaurant, and this is where everything changed. My order was correct, however the fries were cold and hard. The 20 piece wings barely and I mean barely had any sauce on them. My friend ordered the exact same items as I did plus onion rings. They gave him Sarah's order, all flats. He paid for the order, returned the order and they literally tried to give Sarah, the returned order. đ. I called into the restraint to explain to the young lady what happened. She explained they had just exchanged shifts and somehow the order got mixed up. I also, told her about the cold hard fries. She said she would correct the order. Let's just say, she did not correct my order. My friend had to pay full price for his order. Opposed to adjusting his price to include what he paid for Sarah's order. They told him, they would refund his money to his card. This entire experience has really frustrated me, I have 15 wings with basically no sauce. And cold hard fries. It's not acceptable for my hard earned money. This was my friend's first visit to BWW. Based on me telling how great the food was. I feel guilty because of all he went through and to top it off, I was still late for my meeting đȘ.
This visit was a toss in the air due to the location of it. I clearly told my grand that if it looked shady, we would walk out. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the environment was relaxing and our waitress Emily was everything. The food was hot, the sauce was plentiful. Honestly, it was my first visit to this location and yes I would go back. If there was a 10 star vote I would definitely...
Read moreI love Buffalo Wild Wings and this one has to be the WORST one as far as services goes. I usually don't rate places, but this one has forced my hand. I'm not sure if everyone in here has an issue or attitude problem, but you don't walk pass your guest like they aren't sitting there when you just seen the hostess seat them. Another waitress pretended to clean tables after looking over in my direction and mouth to the other waitresses "that's not my table". I understand that waitress/waiters have certain tables, it its only 4 other tables in here with me and about 5 waitress/waiters and 1 host. Several other waitresses/waiters walk pass me and my table as if we were ghost. Once the "Captain" saw that I was about to get up and leave, he came over to see if I had been waited on. It shouldn't take someone who is helping another table to get service for customers. Needless to be said I get a waiter that expresses the only reason he has my take is because no one else walked over here. Now I'm not a disruptive customer nor one of those that would make a big scene anywhere. So explain to me why I get treated like trash that no one wants. I guess my skin color wasn't the right shade.
Trust this will be the last time me or my family eat at...
