On this day my party party was seated very quickly and had to change tables to be placed in a booth. The waitress appeared promptly and immediately asked if we would like appetizers, even though we hadn’t had a chance to even see the menu as we were still just sitting down to the new table . I forget her name now but she started with my sister and went counterclockwise around the table to take our drink orders. We were a party of four and after she got to the third person, I’d be the fourth person, she walked off without getting my drink order. So I thought it was funny that she was moving rather quickly and I just said to her jokingly “hey would you like to take my drink order too ?” She walked back and said I already took your order and I said no you didn’t. I haven’t said anything to you yet. What she had done was heard what my sister had first said what she wanted, but then changed her mind to a different soft drink. So I think this confused the waitress. Ultimately, she took all of our drink orders and our food orders. It did not take a very long time for our food to come out nice and hot. As a frequent Red Lobster patron on this trip I decided to forego getting my usual Bar Harbor bake and got the Grilled salmon, lobster tail, shrimp skewer with rice baked potatoe and paid the 2.99 up charge for the roasted Brussel sprouts (which wasn’t cooked long enough and soft but still hard). We were surprised to learn that when you order and have two sides you can no longer order a “side salad”. A side salad is truly not a side salad, but you have to pay an upcharge just to get some lettuce, tomato, and cheese, which really isn’t a salad at all. Longhorn restaurant includes the side salad as a choice with no up charge and gives you lettuce tomato cucumbers, cheese croutons that are melts in your mouth. So back to what I ordered. I enjoyed my food very much. The baked potato was small but sufficient. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the lobster tail is small as you would expect and the shrimp skewer was decent. What surprised me most was the rice pilaf that comes with the dish and it was really good and not the typical bland dry pasta type rice that most comes with dishes and taste the same in any restaurant. Our server kept our drinks full checked on us and when it came time for the bill, she was able to divide it up correctly and gave us take out boxes and we went on our way. Overall, I enjoyed my food and so did everyone else in in my party of four. so yes, I would recommend this location as an option for dinner and I...
Read moreUpdate: I visited Red Lobster in person this past Friday around 4 PM, hoping for a better experience after my disappointing delivery order. I’m happy to report that dining in was much improved!
The food was good even though I did not order anything that needed a whole lot of cooking—the biscuits were fresh, fluffy, and perfectly on point. I also enjoyed a refreshing Strawberry Breeze drink. Craving crab legs, I ordered a pound with the Cajun seasoning on the side. I'm glad I did, as I found the seasoning wasn't quite to my taste. Fortunately, the crab legs were a generous size, meaty, and far better than the thin ones I had before.
Accompanying my meal was a satisfying Caesar salad, followed by a key lime pie for dessert. While the pie was just okay, I left feeling very happy with my overall dining experience.
A special shoutout to my waitress, Shaniqua, who was excellent—attentive, friendly, and made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this time at Red Lobster was great!
I received a gift card to make up for my delivery food experience, which was a nice gesture. While I didn’t use it during this visit, I’m looking forward to returning soon to put it to good use!

This was by far the worst meal I have had from Red Lobster. I ordered via Grubhub the delivery was fine, but the food was subpar. I ordered the ultimate feast I believe. It came with snow crab legs- they were teeny tiny but surprisingly they were the only thing that tasted great. I ordered the blackened salmon with it- it was dry and bland no real seasoning. I ordered the grilled shrimp with it- I assume grill mean burnt in red lobster eyes because that’s all it was -was burnt and dry. Shrimp Alfredo was ok and the sides were just ok. I split this into three meals so I could have multiple meals. In addition to the food lacking I only received 3 biscuits. It was disappointing to receive only 3 biscuits because if I was dining in I would have received 4. The biscuits and the crab legs were the only thing that was really good. I ended up giving my dog the salmon and threw the shrimp away. Please do better with to go orders. I spent a lot of money on my order and was disappointed by lack of care taken in...
Read moreI placed a curbside order and the confirmation stated my food would be ready by 9:35pm. The message also stated that I text “here” once I arrived. I made it to the restaurant by 9:43 and followed the link that followed. At 9:50 I noticed people leaving the establishment and no one that actually worked there to give me my order. I decided to do curbside because I had one a onsie that looked like a cow. I got out the car and went to the bar. I said excuse me once, no response. I elevated my voice and then the entire bar including the bartender looked over at me. He asked if he could help me and I said yes, and requested a manager. He asked me what was wrong. Then I explained to him that I placed a curbside order and no one came out to the car. He said “Oh, my bad I stopped checking tickets. We’re about to close.” My order was sitting right next to the register and he looked at it.He proceeded to turn around and go back to talk with his friends at the end of the bar. I told him it’s probably cold by now and requested a refund. He turned around again and said “It’ll be 7-10 business days.” And turned around again to get back to his friends. I then requested a receipt he turned around again and the manager was coming around the corner. When she made it around the corner he went to carry on with his friends and she printed a receipt for me. The next day I stopped by to get the bartenders name (T.Brown) from the general manager and she was very hesitant to give me the information that I requested. She went to the back to prepare the order that the bartender neglected to deliver. The amount of “sassiness” displayed by the bartender was truly comical. I tried to follow up with corporate about the matter. I called during the day inside of business hours. At 3:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon- a recording stated they are available Monday-Friday 9-5pm. No voicemail available. My fiancé called to speak with the general manager and no one answered the phone. She followed the prompts and was placed on hold the first time without speaking to anyone for 13 minutes. She hung up and tried again and waited an additional 27 minutes. Truly unacceptable...
