I was content with this place for about 10 months, but there's a significant issue with appointment consideration. Multiple times, I scheduled appointments with Wendy, but I ended up with Daniel. Almost every time, my nails broke, and for the recall, I had to wait excessively.

Once, during an appointment with Wendy, we were in the middle of the process when she excused herself to do designs for another customer, costing me an extra 50 minutes on the clock.

While I appreciate Wendy's work and have given Daniel multiple tries despite many hiccups, there's no consideration for punctuality. Despite paying top dollar and a 20% tip each time, the service lacks timeliness.

Worst “pedicure” I’ve ever had. Can’t even call it a pedicure. I went in for a gel pedicure and basically got a polish change. She took off the old polish, cut, filed, nipped the cuticles and applied the new polish. It wasn’t until the gel polish was set that she THEN turned on the water. Never have I EVER had a “pedicure” done like that. And no, it’s not just how they do it there bc I’ve had pedicures, GOOD pedicures, from this place before. Amazing! Highly recommend. This was my first time at Art Nails and the experience was so positive that I'll be driving over 30mins to get my mani-pedis here going forward. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. Ella was extraordinary in her attention to detail and everyone was friendly and personable. The atmosphere is spa like and worth every penny.
