Sheryln is truly amazing. I came in with an old phone. She patiently helped me transfer everything over as there were problems with my old phone so we had to start from scratch, which took a while. She’s everything you want when you go to buy an iPhone . I had to call her and she spent a half hour on the phone showing me how to do some things because this is a brand new phone. This has always been my "go to" Verizon store for tech support, customer service, new product, etc. I've always had prompt and friendly service from both Elvis and Maurice. Unfortunately neither one was there when I arrived, and I had the misfortune of dealing with a gentleman who just couldn't have cared less. He kept saying it wasn't his job and actually said "What do you expect me to do about it?" I expected assistance or even a referral of someone I could call, which is something that both Maurice and Elvis have both gladly done for me in the past. Beware! I am an existing Verizon cell customer who needs to replace an aging iPhone. I called first and asked specifically if they had the new SE phone in black and was assured they had it. After getting there, I found the person i talked to on the phone, but there was a whole song and dance as to whether the phone was only in their nearby Wyckoff store. After wasting even more time, they said they had an SE but only in white and that was at the other store.
