I don't recall Napoleon at $13.99, just Napoleon and 2 rum balls were above my budget. Simple solution, I request subtract one rum ball - still above - then subtract both and it's $13.99. Math don't check out, I'm visibly confused front of the cashier girl with absolutely no reaction from her. I did accept only due to tiredness (also no receipt). She asked use same big box, tiredly nodded yes.

Shopping local is made tenfold more difficult and tedious who support. Price transparency or service, I should have went the next town with family with more honest service without price gouging. Shopping local isn't give an arm and leg nor a more easily replaced fitting box in retrospect.

For now, this exchange is branded in memory to fine tooth comb even a happy local as they are not pro-customer as you'd expect to competing smaller locals serving better, or even a big chain that does...

Very disappointing experience, the "fresh" baked cake was stale, ingredients tasted old and the baking was subpar at best. I read many of the reviews, whatever this place used to be - it no longer is...time for Reinhold's to close. This is not your grandparents bakery. Not only were the cakes tasteless, but it would not surprise me if they order in most of their products.

Equally upsetting was the fact that we ordered a cake for a special occasion several weeks in advance. The day of the event we picked it up - not only were the names wrong, their answer was that we should buy another cake and they would add what they missed on the cake we ordered.

I am a small business owner and I rarely write a negative review, after all, if you have nothing good to say....still, in this case, I feel a duty to warn others.

I spend a few days calling different bakeries in the area to order a sugar free cake for My fiancée who’s a diabetic to celebrate his 50th birthday and nobody could do it, some needed more time, Others didn’t do it at all, others were not open Monday, I was calling on a Friday for Monday, I called Reinholds bakery and immediately they said yes, took my information and what I wanted, asked me what time did I want to pick it up, they were very accommodating, needless to say, that was the best sugar free cake I’ve ever had, my fiancée and the kids were very impressed, it was delicious, so fresh and light and just perfect!!!!! We ate it right away, every one wanted more, I would highly recommend this bakery and I would order again and again a sugar free cake , it’s out of this world!!!! Thank you so much...
