Bagel Bros 2 meets Little Mexico — Restaurant in Waldwick

This bagel shop is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful husband and wife couple last week. They own and run this shop with their hard work, sweat, and dedication. The bagels were much larger compared to other shops which can be appreciated these days. I decided to order their grilled chicken on a hero and my goodness it was out of this world!! The presentation itself had me sold. This sandwich was bursting with flavor and perfectly paired on a soft hero bread made by the wife. I can’t ever recall having a grilled sandwich that delicious. I would have loved to try everything on the menu, but I would have been there all day lol. I was able to sit down and eat my lunch at one of the tables that they had provided with condiment’s, napkins, and hand sanitizer. I was surprised with everything going up that they're prices was very reasonable for the quality of food they offer. They also had a clean working bathroom which is a big win for the customers with actual hand soap. I strongly suggest for you to visit this location and you can choose from their large selection of freshly made items off the menu. It was a honor to have met this wonderful couple and I pray that they will be there for many more...

This is the worst bagel store! I tried not to write negative review, but what they did is not very nice. Two stories to share: 1. when I tried to buy some ham there, the employee whispered each other something, then one guy grabbed some ham from a container and handed it me. When I get home, I found it is bad ham. 2. Last week, July 23, I went to the store to grab some quick lunch, I bought a bagel with egg and cheese. After I paid, I wanted to add a plain bagel. So they swipe my credit card again. Then the cashier asked me one or two bagels, I told her one. She was about to hand over the receipt to me, then she took it back and said since you signed previously, you don't need to sign again. I suspected she charged me two bagels but only give me one. I did not confront her because one bagel. I am checking my credit card transaction, she did charge me $1.98, which means she knew she charged two, but only gave me one bagel! I don't care that they take me extra $1. But it is just not right. This store is insane! be careful when you buy stuff there. I will never ever go...

I came in and ordered and egg and cheese on a roll. Add spinach & tomato. The roll was ridiculously wet. When I got to the counter the young man says it’s because of the tomato. Then he asks me if I want him to make me a new one? I’m a mailman breakfast is very important to me. Starts my day. If you wouldn’t eat the sandwich don’t serve it. & for him to ask. He should’ve just done it. The aggravation beyond & they weren’t busy so there was no excuse for a first experience at a deli.
