Joost Tobacco — Local services in Walker

I have been going to this place for years now. The employees are always friendly and great to deal with. That being said unfortunately I am going to be spending my money online from here on out for anything e-cigarette related. I have bought numerous sub ohm tanks from here, and then they run into the issue where they can't get coils for their tanks that they sold me. This has happened at least four or five times now, and then I end up buying a new tank because they can't get coils for the last one they sold me. My latest tank was a Zeus tank and I was told they almost always have coils in stock for these because they are such a popular tank. Went in today and was told they probably won't have coils for a week or so. This has happened too many times that I have lost faith in this business. I tried spending my money locally to support small business, but I've been let down to many times and left scrambling to try to find coils for a tank that I purchased through them. My daughter and I walked in to buy her some vape juice. We were unfamiliar with the store and there were two people working. They stayed behind the counter the whole time, while the female employee was just chatting away with someone about life stuff. No one walked out to see if we were looking for something in particular. We had to keep turning to get the attention of an employee to ask anything. There was only the one other person in the store, talking to the female employee. There were no prices listed where we could see them. No descriptions of what some of the juices were, and hardly any samples to smell. The positive part was that my daughter found at least one vape juice she thought she would like and it was on sale for a reasonable price. Poor customer service and...

I’ve been shopping with Joost Tobacco for years, and while I was a bit uneasy when I heard they were purchased by Dr. E’s Smoke Shop, that hesitation disappeared fast. I’ve used Joost brand juice for a long time and still like it, but Matt introduced me to Vapetasia and now I’m excited to try more new e-liquids as they grow the selection.

The store is always stocked with what I need now—something that had started slipping toward the end of the old ownership. Not sure why some folks are saying negative things about the new owner. They special ordered coils for me and even called to let me know when they came in. That kind of service speaks volumes.
