Wait to sit wasn't terrible. We had five at our table, and when the waitress came to see us, I noticed that she looked a little more stressed when we told her we had five people. Took our food and drink order at the same time even though all we got was water. Waitress made us aware that someone had quit that day so it was going to be busy and a little bit of a wait, which wasn't too concerning. most of the food came out on time, with the exception of the waffle. We were told that they were made fresh so they took longer. After we receive the food, we never saw our waitress or had any waters or drinks or anything refilled. The gentleman that was clearing tables was asked to get some more water. He agreed that he would come back, but never did. We never even saw the waitress for a receipt and had to wait quite a while at the register to even pay to leave. Overall the food was great, but the service really makes us likely...

Atmosphere seemed nice, not sure if these are new owners or just a rebrand of the current restaurant but the Turkey sandwich was not very good. Turkey was poor quality and had very little. For 14$ I was a bit disappointed. Also when I came in it was very busy which is fine I can wait but I was at the counter with a worker and she saw me and said she had to finish with the kiosk I said no problem I just have a carry out. She said okay proceeded to finish and then left. She should have and could have gave me my carry out instead I had to wait a few more minutes for what I’m assuming was the runner or front counter guy to assist me. Just in my opinion is you have a customer in front of you and they only have a pick up you should serve them not walk away. The overall atmosphere was cute and nice but things need improving. Came in and it took 20 minutes just to get our drinks . Upon ordering and waiting for about another 45 minutes . We noticed surrounding customers getting their food even though they were seated after we were . We have been to this breakfast spot numerous occasions before the change of management. Our children have always had a pleasant and welcome experience how ever upon our last visit they were looked at as a nuisance . We are a multiple racial family and felt like no one wanted to service us .
