today I went through the drive through and a older woman by the name Cheryl is always so very rude and unprofessional. When you get up to drive through window she doesn’t say one word and when she hands me both of my coffees she barley puts her hand out of the Window she literately made me reach into the window to grab my coffee form her. Even though she seen that I was clearly struggling to reach she just stood there looking at me with a very rude look on her face. after I grabbed my coffee she let the drive through window close in my face without saying a word. I’m a black woman so I don’t know if she’s racist or just a rude person in general. when I called back up at the store the man who answered the phone said it’s not racism that’s just how she is. I asked so she’s rude to everyone? He replied yes. I said that’s more of a reason for me to bring this to corporate. Read moreGot to be honest here! I've always been a big fan of these folks, but ownership is letting this operation decline...rapidly! What used to be a neatly cared for exterior and landscaping, is now left with damaged signage, bone-rattling potholes and huge weeds growing out of every crack along the side of the building Employees are poorly trained severely affecting service. The HVAC system is broke...employees working in a sweatshop. Food service is equipment is not maintained and in some cases, inoperable. It's been months since it's been possible to produce a cappuccino consist with Tom Horton standards. (cap machines in both the Walled Lake and Haggarty Road locations are inoperable.) I visit this place twice a day...and I want my Tom Horton's back. Perhaps the Stewart family will read this...
Read moreOn the date of 06/21/20 at approximately 6:20am, I ordered two sausage egg & cheese biscuits with two doughnuts; At the time of order I was interrupted multiple times trying to place my order, when approaching the drive-through takeout window the cashier took my payment then handed me my food.Once arriving to work I took a bite out of my sandwich and noticed it was a bit slimy as the sausage was not cooked thoroughly. This is literally the first bad review I have ever given a restaurant or any business for that matter. I truly felt sick after taking that bite and I had no time to turn around. I also attempted to contact corporate but couldn’t reach them. I will not be returning to this tim hortons in the future, i’ll rather get breakfast sandwiches...
