I was a walk-in and understand waiting times but I sat for 2 hours. I had to pick up my son so I told them I would be right back. When I returned, I overheard the check in rep say that I was already discharged. I had to wait 20 minutes again just so they can get me inside and then waited another 20 minutes for the PA.

I was there for a cough from exposure to dust mites and in my after visit summary they stated that I was there for a cat bite. I called the same day to have them make the correction to which they said they would do so right away and to check the next day. I checked the next day and it still said the same thing. I called again and they said it would again be taken care of. Four days later, still says...

Honestly the kindest nicest most understanding humans in healthcare !! They told me when I went in a 45 min wait which I was fine with and knew about. I went in around 10:45 finally got a room around 12 and never saw a dr until 1:45. Was not happy with the service no communication besides the front desk. Had to open door to find someone to ask how much longer, went in for a wound when dr did come in she llooked at didn’t clean it or anything was very unhappy with this visit and will never go...
