UPDATE: Now they've got dogs walking around the store.... People who bring their dog to a grocery store need to have their brain checked....This store is quickly going downhill. Produce section especially. Organic rotten sour expensive grapes. Organic avocados that look perfect until you cut them open and find out that they're black in the middle. Mangoes that are rotten. Mushrooms that have been sitting there so long they smell like fish, only to have the customer service representative tell me that that's the way they're supposed to be because they're grown in mold. I had bought many mushrooms here that did not smell like fish. Packaged Celery and carrots being sprayed on by mist every 15 minutes to the point where they're waterlogged and ruined. Rotten watermelon. Bananas that look like somebody threw them down the stairs. 8 in the morning and lots of the produce shelves are empty. Customer service rep says it's my fault because I come in too early in the morning and they don't have time to empty the truck... Meanwhile, he was chatting for 20 mins with the soda guy in the middle of the store, and the other rep was standing by the strawberries texting on her cell phone. This is not the first time that I have experienced this lately. If I was the manager, they would all be fired.
For the third time in a row they couldn't take credit cards at 8 o'clock in the morning. IN 2023...!!!?! Store reps said it was because they did not shut down the computers the night before... How is that my problem? Why does it keep happening?
I have been shopping here exclusively since they opened. I'm going to start taking pictures and posting them.

I usually have no problem getting in and out while being greeted by the employees and making sure I'm taking care of. I can say though that they never have enough registers open. I went to number 9 register today stood there for about 2 minutes and the the girl told me I needed to leave because she was an express lane. Now there was no sign showing this and I told her they should invest in a sign so people know and don't stand here and waste their time. So I can continued down to the next open Lane. After staying there for about 2 minutes the girl told me she was closed while her light was still on and that she was still checking customers out. I went to the only lane after that that was open and was greeted very well and taken good care of by a girl cashiering and a boy bagging. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service that was displayed today. I even said something in front of the manager and she looked at me and completely ignored me. Very sad that the management here thinks it is okay to have customers treated this way. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of the last cashier and bagger who helped me. If it wasn't for them this review would be alot worse. Hope y'all figure it out and know that you cannot treat...

The employee wearing black that seems to "be in charge" looks at me and puts his head back down to continue conversation with other employee. It's OK, I'm not in a rush. No, I was not acknowledged with "hey, we'll be right with you".
A customer walks up to ask a question and is promptly greeted. I'm like whatever, it was quick question. The "one in charge" looks at me and walks away. ANOTHER customer walks up, is promptly greeted, helped with her sausage request, he avoids looking at me and walks away. I avoid confrontation at all costs, so I walk away. Look back twice and he's staring at me. It certainly was no accident, or else it would have been an "oh my I am so sorry, how can I help you".
Although superior butcher and seafood shop than surrounding grocery stores, prices are high and selection/variety is low. It's incredibly convenient for me to shop here, which I do at least 4x a week. Never again.
Unfortunately this isn't the first experience with discrimination I've had at multiple big y's throughout the years, however, just not as blatant. I hope their business manager reads this and actually looks at the...
