I am always stressed because of the many "new neighbors" who moved in in 2021 and 2022. I think there are about 100 people. Suddenly so many people moved in. (People from the same country went.) However, even if you complain to the management office, they do not manage it. This is the reality in management offices.

Even if 5 to 10 people live in one bed room, the apartment manager here doesn't seem to care.

"New Neighbors" are always noisy day and night, and their children run and scream outside even after 10 p.m., so I don't sleep well every night and get stressed out.

One day, they were making noise and talking all night, so I called the apartment security guard and complained, and he told me to tell the management office that they couldn't manage it. It really made no sense. So I went to work the next day and felt very tired.

Day and night, many men gather on the lawn, smoke cigarettes and talk loudly.

No matter where you go inside the apartment complex, cigarette butts and trash are strewn about.

The large trash can is always overflowing with trash and infested with cockroaches and rats.

The problem is not limited to just one section of the apartment complex. This apartment complex has these problems rampant in every area.

Since moving into this apartment, when it rains, rainwater leaks from the roof and ceiling of the house. They fixed it well the first time or two, but now they don't even come to fix it at all. No matter how many times I go to the management office and talk to the manager and send emails, it's no use.

There are broken glass bottles and trash everywhere, the apartment managers don't even clean, it's really horrible.

Anyone leaving better than a 2 star review must work here. KNOW YOUR RENTER'S RIGHTS IF YOU MUST LIVE HERE. You won't save any money with their lower rates, you'll just be miserable. I've lived here out of necessity for 2 years, and this is the most mis-managed and cheaply maintained complex I've ever lived in and you can see it just walking around outside. The parking lot gates rarely work and will trap you in the complex if you don't have a clicker. The garbage dupsters are ALWAYS overfilling all throughout the complex. The interior doors to my unit aren't set properly so they stick to the frame everytime you try to open/close them. The roof leaks during the rainy season and despite my reports nobody has acknowledged it let alone fixed it. The appliances only half work, and if you're lucky enough to get them to change one the "new" one will be noticeably heavily used and will only work for the first 10 minutes or so. Maintenance is impossible to work with and they won't read every request, so you often need to make the same request multiple times before anyone sees it. My garden patio (on the second story) is cracking and sagging, and my entry way has noticeable soft spots where you step. They raise your rent as soon as your lease is up without fixing anything, even if you're renewing your lease. They try to give you notice of intent to enter the premises of your individual apartment but do not give an appropriate amount of time before entering. These apartments are terrifying to live in. We had to move immediately. The “new neighbors” that moved in in 2022 have completely destroyed it. No one works so not sure how they can afford these apartments. Multiple large families with many children are being packed into 1-2 bedroom apartments. Groups of men hang out all day and all night out side. Young boys are running around at all hours, screaming and destroying things. They yell and demand money when ever they see some one that isn’t of their culture. Trash overflows daily into the parking lot. Trash everywhere, “new neighbors” throw trash everywhere. Noise level unlivable, loud music shakes walls for hours. Broken glass in parking lot daily. Roaches. Everyone that lived here prior to 2022 has most likely moved out due to the “new neighbors” behavior. “New neighbor” next to us had a live pig living with them. We also saw they using a fire torch in the backyard for hours to cook. “new neighbors” would have dinner parties on the lawn until 2-3am. Gate broken for years. Saw car get tires stolen. Laundry machines and driers are broken, lines to use machines. Couldn’t do laundry most days because of how many people trying to do it. Clothes would not dry in machines.
