I was there this morning. I picked up a tray and serving tong. The staff literally told me that: “ there is no need to use a tong. They have plastic bag wrapped. You can just use your hand.” All the bakery has tray and tong served. Right? I already have it on my hand. Why not? Then, I put the tong back as she wanted. Then, I ordered a hot coffee. I asked if there is any creamer. She said no. A bakery selling coffee, but no creamer or sugar for the customer? I can’t believe she told me that! Unbelievable unprofessional...

If have minus 5 stars I will give them. I ordered a brown sugar boba this morning. I said Can you make it hot? A nice employee did for me .But the lady manager said “Hey! 今天（9/26 早上8:10am）我带着女儿来买彩虹蛋糕。我只是跟女儿说不要买太多，怕在家吃不完会坏掉，毕竟价格也不便宜。然而，一位大约40-50岁、会讲中文的女收银员居然大骂我，说蛋糕就是这么贵。坦白讲，这片蛋糕确实不值这个价，但我只是跟女儿说不要买太多，根本没有和收银员说话。

没想到收银员态度非常恶劣，看不起人，好像觉得别人买不起蛋糕一样。我教育我的孩子，结果却被店员“教育”了。这样的态度让我对这家店彻底失望了，以前我还每天来买面包呢。今天居然被你们店员骂，我自己教育小孩，关你们什么事？再也不会光顾这家店了。 老板请了这样的素质这么低，主动找客人吵架的员工，简直是给这个店抹黑了。我赶着送小孩上学，一句都没和她吵，她还一直不停的说我。

Today (9/26 at 8:10 am), I brought my daughter to buy a rainbow cake. I was simply telling her not to buy too many slices, as I was worried we wouldn’t finish them at home and they might go bad, especially given the high price. However, a female cashier who spoke Chinese, around 40-50 years old, started yelling at me, saying that the cake is just expensive. To be honest, the cake is indeed overpriced, but I wasn’t trying to make a point—I was just talking to my daughter, not to the cashier.

The cashier’s attitude was extremely poor, looking down on us as if we couldn’t afford the cake. I was just teaching my child, and then I ended up being “taught” by the staff. I am deeply disappointed in this store, especially since I used to come here daily to buy bread. Today, I was actually scolded by your staff. How I educate my child is none of your business. I will never return to this store again. The boss hiring such a low-quality employee who actively picks fights with customers is really tarnishing the store's reputation.
