Verizon — Local services in Wamego

Came here on 3/4/2022 to get help with a rebate issue. Ive been trying since 1/7/22 to get Verizon to honor a switch carrier rebate they were having when I switched from Tmobile. 2. Months. Matthew is the only one in the store and I explain my situation, that I've submitted my final bill 4 times and it keeps getting rejected. He tells me point blank he wasn't going to call customer service to help me because it would be a waste of his time. They wouldn't tell him anything any different than what they'd tell me. Grade A customer service right there. Go somewhere else that actually cares, this store only seems to care if they can make...

These places are a total scam. This is a Victra owned business NOT a Verizon owned business. Victra is an authorized Verizon retailer that uses underhanded sales tactics and "too good to be true" deals like free phones. Do a simple Google search "Victra vs Verizon: Reddit" and you'll find many stories from customers and former employees that outline this. Do yourself a favor and only go to the Verizon owned business; closest one is by the Wal Mart...
