Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Warminster Township

Food is hit or miss. Mostly a hit. I guess it depends if you're lucky enough to get the fresh chicken or ones that were out and about and were just reheated. Place is nice, in and out, no knock on that. Service though is for the last few times I went a miss and I am talking mainly about drive thru. I use coupons and person working the drive thru doesn't know how to do it or just flat out doesnt want to so I get charged full amount despite handing them an unexpired coupon. Two and this is a big miss, I don't understand why is it so hard to give me the sauces I requested. I'll say what I want and they acknowledge it. After leaving I look into the bags and no sauces. I have gone to this place dozens of times at this point and last half a dozen or so times this has happened to me. For rush hour and such I probably wouldn't have mind but I am going at night a little pass dinner time and my car is one of the very few that are there. There is zero excuse to not get what I wanted especially after worker taking the order. I'm going to chill out for a while before going back to this place. I'm not going to blame the whole place because this is just isolated to whoever is running the drive thru and packing the bag. Food for the most part is good service just needs to be better. Update......ordered tonight via the app. Disappointing to say the least. Ordered the Big Family Feast (supposed to have 3 sandwiches) and I had a coupon for a free sandwich. So I was expecting FOUR sandwiches. Came home only to find TWO sandwiches. The tag on the bag was correct though. At that point I didnt want to get back in the car and come back to cold food. My order number was 36, picked up at 5:55, 9/17/21.

My husband and I never had Popeye's before. It was really hot today and I really wasn't feeling cooking dinner. We rarely eat fast food, but when we do, we usually go with BK. I made the executive decision to go to Popeye's. When they opened the lines were ridiculous. I rolled up at 5pm and there was only one car in front of me. I ordered 2 spicy chicken combos, and 2 lg fries. My husband was running late coming home, so dinner sat for 25mins before we dug in. My husband tends to be a PITA, but he loved everything. He even said it was better than Chic fila, which I dont necessarily agree with. Again, first time there, the large fries are HUGE. Popeyes food selection is good - u can’t go wrong. But the service here is piss poor! The crew member wouldnt make my order how I asked and then she goes and get a manger on her own which wasn’t called for and then he wouldnt even make the accommodation for my order! I simply asked for a Spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal with no toppings and no bun - and he flipped! “Oh no! I can not do that, you can take the sandwich as is and take the stuff off urself and throw it in the trash” - never, heard such stupidity. Any other Popeyes I’ve gone to and even McDonald’s give you the meal however, your dietary needs are. So ur telling me I can’t buy a just a boneless chicken breast? Bc that’s all I was asking for. U sell a chicken breast all day long with bones and w/or w/o buns! So why in the world is this ANY different???!?! 😂😂🤷🏽‍♂️ I mean, I wish reviews had comments section - please tell me, am I the crazy one for asking for a boneless chicken breast? 🧐 But hey they didn’t want to accommodate so they earned themselves a 1 star review for horrible service and speaking to a customer in an unprofessional way.
