Website is a scam. I was going to get a couple massages on Valentine's Day so I put money on the website for them but I did NOT set a date and time yet for them. Long story short we changed our minds about going to the massages so I called for a refund but they said they could not give it because all appointments are final... I did not set an appointment. I literally had to put money on the website to even see what times were available but I NEVER set a time and date. That's not an appointment. I called them and asked for a refund but they still didn't send it. 130$ lost. Will never come here and I'll make sure to keep family and friends from using them.

In response to the owner: Yes it was 129$ (basically 130), It was a Valentine's Day package that I have a receipt for in my email. If you click services online, you hit the plus arrows to choose what you want (does not show days or time available), then proceed to checkout, it will ask you to make an account and pay, then you see you can select the dates and times. When you're selecting services on the "services" page it does not show available times and dates. Either way I did not select a time or date. I did not receive any product or services, so why is it so hard to refund my money. I understand you put all sales are final, but you'd think it would be after you set the appointment or when the services are done because you can't return a massage. I was assuming when I made a date and time then the sale would be final not after I just loaded my money on the website. It's deceptive. I also called and talked about it but apparently the owner was on vacation and I never received a call back...

I’ve been coming here for years. I drive from Macon to come here for massages. The massage therapists are great. However, I scheduled a prenatal massage and called an hour before my appointment because I was afraid I’d be late. I asked if I could still be seen if I was 15 minutes late, and they said no, their policy is that 15 minutes means that it will count as a missed appointment and I’d still be charged the full price and would not be seen. Then he put me on the phone with the owner, and she kept repeating to me that was their policy and said that the therapists “can’t wait around for me because they have to pay their bills somehow”. It was so frustrating, I just had to hang up. I was stressing out about trying to make it right on time so that I wouldn’t be charged $90 for nothing. I called back, and asked again if I could pay for the 60-minute session even if I only had 45 minutes left by the time I got there. She had a completely different attitude when I called back, I guess she saw that I’d been there multiple times, and she had spoken to the massage therapist who apparently said she was fine with waiting on me. I ended up being only 5 minutes late. But the phone conversation before my appointment makes me not want to give this place any more of my money. Stressing out a pregnant woman isn’t really good business for a SPA, and maybe your first reaction to a client expressing a concern should be to come up with a solution that works for both the client and therapist instead of saying “too bad, that’s...

I did the flotation therapy. It was nice. I would definitely do it again but not sure if at this place. When I was done they asked me how was it and I said the floating was nice but there were definitely some things that could be better. And the guy said “Like what?” with an attitude as if I shouldn’t be complaining. Then I went on to tell them that the floor was dirty, there was someone else’s hair in shower and I don’t think I got the full hour. The guy didn’t respond and just walked off, but the woman kept listening. The orientation finished at about 2:29 or 2:30pm. It took me about 10 min to take a shower and make sure I didn’t have any oil type products on my body so they wouldn’t fine me. That means I started floating at about 2:40pm. I checked my phone after I got out of the tank and it was 3:35pm. And it took some time for me to turn on the light and get out of tank so the session really ended before 3:35pm. That’s mean my session was cut at least 5 minutes short. One thing that I forgot mention to them was that I could hear external noises a few times (a thud, the faint sound of people talking, etc.) and the had ear plugs in a deep as they would comfortably go. Had they responded more professionally to my feedback I would’ve been more open to coming back but I probably won’t be back after that guy’s attitude.
