I've been to this crumbl a few times since it opened. Yesterday was by far the worst crumbl experience I've ever had. Our family wanted to try the Kardashian lineup. We ordered ahead of time for pickup on the doordash app. We also ordered supper from another restaurant nearby and picked it up first. Once the doordash app said our cookies were ready for pickup, my husband went to go get them. There was a long line of people ordering going out of the door. Our name was not displayed in the queue on the TV screen at all. He simply walked to the pick up counter area and waited to be acknowledged so he could pick up our cookies. He stood there for about twenty minutes before he could get anyone's attention. Once he finally did he told the worker that our order said it was ready to be picked up but he didn't see our name on the screen. She told him nothing and walked off. He stood there another twenty minutes and finally again, said ma'am our order says it's ready for pickup and our name isn't on the screen. Can you get our cookies? She told him that our order wasn't ready rudely and walked off. At this point he called me and told me to come handle it because he couldn't get anyone to give him a straight answer or help him. I came in with the kids and no one came over to help us. Finally, I asked the girl who was handing someone else their order for help. I was immediately met with being yelled at in a rude tone that we aren't ahead of everyone else in line who is ordering and our order isn't ready because we never checked in. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude and that the app said our cookies were ready almost an hour ago.i asked why our name wasn't on the screen at all and said I just need to know how long we can expect to wait. We have food in the car getting cold and another order to pick up before 10 (it was 9:48) She walked off and ignored me. I sent my husnand to go pick up the other food order and continued to wait I stood there about fifteen minutes and watched as several others got there orders from the line. Another worker was passing out orders and I finally said to her that I needed help. She apologized to me and said she was sorry for how I was treated but she doesn't know and she's scared to ask the other employee because if she does she will be yelled at too. I told her that if she yells at her I'll yell at her back because she shouldn't be scared in the workplace and that, that was ridiculous. The other worker came up to me and started yelling at me again. I told her that I wanted her name to which she yelled it at me. She went on about how she works 3 jobs and she doesn't care if I take her name. I told her that's fine that I'd also worked all day on my feet delivering doordash and that I was not in the mood for this. And that I want to see the manager. Finally a guy comes out and I tell him that the way I've been treated is ridiculous and my cookies were supposed to be ready for pick up an hour ago and I can't get her to tell me why my name isn't on the board or anything. He kept repeating we never checked in. I showed him on the doordash app there is nowhere to check in. He said he understands my frustration and that he will make our order now. We ended up not being able to get two of the cookies in the lineup as he said they were out. After over an hour of waiting and being treated terrible I finally got my cookies. I will be coming to speak with the main manger to report the employees name that treated me so rudely. I'm definitely unhappy and other than to report it I probably...

I have to admit, I went to Crumbl out of pure curiosity. Iâd been hearing all this hype, and I figured, "How good can a cookie really be?" Well, jokeâs on me, because these cookies didnât just meet my expectationsâthey bulldozed right over them.
The minute I walked in, I was greeted by a glowing display of oversized, delicious-looking cookies, all neatly lined up like they knew they were about to change my life. I ordered a four-pack, thinking that would last me a few days. Spoiler: it didnât.
I started with the classic chocolate chip. You know how most places have "their take" on the chocolate chip cookie? Well, Crumbl decided to make the perfect version and call it a day. The cookie was warm, gooey, and had just the right balance of sweet and salty. I was trying to pace myself, but honestly, restraint was out the window by the second bite.
Next was the chilled sugar cookie. I didnât expect to love this one as much as I did. It was somehow light, sweet, and refreshing. I never thought I'd call a cookie "refreshing," but here we are. It's the kind of cookie that makes you reconsider your life choices and wonder why you ever bothered with store-bought cookies in the first place.
By the time I got to the peanut butter and cookies & cream flavors, I was in full-blown cookie bliss. Each bite was like a mini celebration in my mouth. I wouldâve given a speech if my mouth wasnât full.
Letâs just say, by the end of the night, I was left staring at the empty cookie box like it had betrayed me by running out so soon. Iâm already planning my next visit.
Crumbl, you win. Youâre the reason I now dream in...
Read moreThe cookies were 5 star, but the service not so much. I donât expect a âWelcome Inâ Bucees greeting every where I go, but I do kind of expect someone at the cash register taking orders. After noticing that the people in front of me were not being waited on I went to the kiosk to place my order. I will say they were steadily handing out boxes of cookies, but a simple âI apologize someone will be right with youâ would have went a long way!! Now on to the cookies (thatâs What everyone really cares about right) they were the absolute best and worth every penny! They are full of flavor and huge!! The Cowboy Cookie (A warm oatmeal cookie filled with tasty semi-sweet chips, sweetened shredded coconut, and crunchy toasted pecans) was my favorite I never realized what oatmeal cookies were missing till today. Oh my goodness and the strawberry shortcake those strawberries tasted so fresh. I will say itâs impossible to eat more than one cookie. I ate a half of a Sundae cookie (oMG), 1/4 of Strawberry shortcake and 1/4 of a cowboy cookie and...
