This firm is not concerned about customers or contracts. Very dismissive when complaints against their clients are presented, specifically CMD Homes. The builder does not complete work, and this law firm stands behind them and lie on their behalf. They do not address issues and act as if the law does not apply to them. Unprofessional and unethical practices. stay away!!! They do not honor contracts. I am disappointed with my experience during a home purchase with CMD HOMES. Delayed many times on closing, promised work was never completed. Substandard construction at best. 🚧 God protected me because their unethical behavior made an opportunity for me to gain over 150,000 in equity on a home they selfishly left unfinished during COVID 2020. Now they are upset over it. Do better. Blueprint on the left is the model Harrison Style home CMD Homes LLC were supposed to build as STANDARD without upgrades. This blueprint was provided to me by Beverly. The home on, right, was the model in the contract. Both homes have a mustache roof over the two car garage. Coldwell Banker, CMD homes, and their attorney Cooper Law Firm are asserting the picture on the right is the home I chose, and are trying to say it does not have a roof over the two car garage. Where was the button to choose a different model when I paid for upgrades. Why did I receive the blueprint on the left, and why would anyone choose not to have this feature if it's standard. When and where did I say do not add this feature. All parties are also claiming there is no roof over the garage on the picture on the right.what is it then? Cooper Law Firm shared my social security number over email with realtors and staff; with little regard, I asked beforehand and they said they would keep things confidential but did not. When I mentioned it, they doubled down on "its their policy". Prior emails show that my social security number WAS sent insecurely-even when they agreed to not send it insecurely; all they had to do was admit and try to fix the issues-but no!
