7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Warner Robins

This is an update of an earlier post. The service was amazingly fast, which to be honest it was evening and lines were not wrapped around the building like my last visit. Even with long lines they have learned how to move. I was with three other people and we got Fizz drinks and Matchas. The Pomegranate and Kiwi was great ( my Granddaughter wanted me to try hers.) My other granddaughter got the Matcha and it was perfect for her. A friend ordered the Fizz in three other flavors that sounded great and he loved his but I made the mistake of ordering the same and it was not my favorite. After I dropped them off and headed home I decided to see if they might swap it out, not really expecting them to. It was my first time going and I was a little lost as there was no menu for me to look at. The individual that took my order didn’t provide any menu so I’m not sure how people are able to know what they serve if there is no menu before they approach your vehicle. I was provided a list of popular drinks which was helpful but I definitely would have like some sort of menu before having my order taken. The young lady that handed me my order was not the most enthusiastic about her job, really seemed like she didn’t want to be there and the way spoke to me after I she gave me an extra straw seemed like she was annoyed and I was burden after I kindly asked if she would like the extra straw back. It could be a generational thing of just not being aware of tone of voice and body language and or she could have been having a bad day. Either way the coffee was amazing but customer service...

The drinks are always good, but almost every time I go the service is not good. I always order the same drink when I go, the German Chocolate Shake. However, every time, no matter how often I make sure that they ring in the correct drink, they always ring in the German Chocolate Chiller. I cannot drink the chillers because coffee makes me sick. When I went today, I was given a German Chocolate Chiller. I politely asked the cashier for a shake, because that is what I ordered, and I told him about my intolerance. He took it back to the kitchen for them to remake, and the barista told him that it wasn’t a big deal because “it’s the same thing”.
