Would not recommend this dealership. The communication and transparency are an issue. We feel deceived and given a run around. We inquired about a vehicle to get approved for it to be told that x number would need to be put down. We explained that we were not willing to put x amount down. We walked away from the deal, no problem. Weeks later received notification that the price of the same vehicle has been dropped a pretty decent amount. We called the dealership back to discuss the deal again. We were told that the truck is about to be sent to auction in the next 48 hours. We told them that we were willing to travel if we would get the deal done. We were told that we would need again x amount of a down payment. Even with the price of the vehicle dropping, it was more. Explained that we were willing to give x amount down but not anymore. At that point, the dealership knew we were not willing to put any more down and if they knew it would take more it should then be their responsibility to stay that a deal cannot be made. That is okay to tell a customer, especially an understanding customer at that. We were made to believe that it would work we just needed a co-signer. So, we did another application for a co-signer. We did that just to be told that the deal would not work, and we needed triple the amount of a down payment. Doesn't make much sense honestly. How do you go from one down payment to now triple the amount of a down payment with a co-signer when also it was less. Before we even did the co-signing most likely the dealership knew or at-least had an idea of what would need to happen for it to be a done deal. We asked if xyz would be do able for the deal. We were told we would get a call back that they had to see. Never received a call back. They ran our credits and no communication. We had to call them multiple times. I do not find this to be excellent customer service. Some sort of notification would have been great. Doesn't have to be elaborate. Just something sweet and simple so we knew what was going on. What is extremely frustrating is the communication and transparency is not there nor is it clear. After speaking with a manager explaining my concerns and issues she said, " I would feel the same was if I was on the other end". Hmm yea I bet. All in all we did not buy and told them send to auction we wouldn't buy from them. We feel deceived. Honestly, it doesn't matter that we didn't purchase the vehicle. What matters is the fact that we were made to believe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis dealership made my first car buying experience MISERABLE. The absolute lack of communication from all parties involved was atrocious. The general manager could not stay on the phone with me for more than 30 seconds, no paperwork was sent my way, even when requested, and communication between the staff was non-existent. I understand the hustle of wanting to close a sale at the end of the month, especially towards the end of the year but one thing this dealership did NOT do, was hustle. They basically took all my information and promised me false numbers so they could get their November sale and then as soon as December hit they told me all those numbers were a lie and would never get approved by the bank. They delivered the car to me on a Sunday with no paperwork and no tag so I had to drive myself down to the dealer on Monday to finish the deal. There was no point or advantage for having an un-driveable car delivered to me on a Sunday. They just wanted their end of month sale. I bought a used car that was out as a loaner vehicle when I was interested and therefore used and dirty. The dealership told me they were going to have the car cleaned and detailed before delivering it to me and when I received the car it was FILTHY. All they did was vacuum the floor. Not a single wipe was taken to the dirt smeared on the seats or various liquid splashes on the doors. I had to spend over an hour cleaning up someone else's mess after being promised a clean car. I would NEVER recommend working with these people and I personally never hope to speak to any of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis dealership made our experience of car shopping horrible. Chris the salesman kept talking about his personal life to us. We came in there with specific details informing him that we WERE NOT LOOKING TO BUY! He continued to try to push us to walk out of there in a car. He then tried to get his manager involved and try to have him talk us into buying a car as well. He then gathered all of our information and tried to get our income so he could run our credit, we again informed him WE ARE NOT TRYING TO WALK OUT WITH A CAR TODAY WE ARE JUST LOOKING.And to not run our credit. He than got his manager again and his manager told him to let us look at cars. We looked at a few, asked for prices on a couple and they were not within our budget. So we decided that we were going to shop other places. He still was trying to get us to buy something, he went inside to talk to the manager again. They could not accept the fact that we were wanting to look other places to get other options. As we walked out the door the manager and sales person followed us and still tried to talk us into buying from them. This made feel real uneasy about making a purchase from this company. Also, we found out they still ran our credit without our permission and when I called to speak to the manager he refused to talk to me, and said he would call me back. He has yet to do that! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to be forced into buying something...
