The worst experience in the history of retail. I purchased the oxy she-lite supplements in which I was sick after taking just one pill. I went in the store to refund/store credit for the item. I explained to the associate that I didn't feel well and the product made me sick after just one pill, he informed me that the ingredients possibly didn't agree with me, ok fine. He informed me they don't do refunds because I open the product even though I used only one. That was not a problem I understand the item couldn't be resold. He was like you can exchange the item, the whole time pushing more items on me. I informed him there wasn't anything that I want in the store this time. Here comes the problem, I asked for a store credit, which is the same as exchanging the item. The associate then proceeds to say their system doesn't provide a receipt or something tangible for the return, but he will take my name and whenever I come back in the store I can get the credit. In the history of shopping I have never been to a store where you couldn't received a receipt for a return and you are just suppose to take the word of an associate and hope that he puts a note in the system. I ask for a number to the corporate office. He calls some guy on the phone is allegedly the manager/owner who knows. He advise that he can take my email address. Keep in mind they want to keep the item I purchase but couldn't produce a receipt. I have never been so disappointed in the service I received. I am giving one star because I had too.
