I visited this location on Saturday 06/22/24 around 4:45pm. What I noticed immediately was they were low on a few selections. What my husband noticed immediately was there were people cooking & serving with long hair & no hair coverings. The man preparing the pick up orders was the only person with his hair covered, gloves & his apron. As the server asked for my selections, I told him I wanted a rice bowl. He & I both knowing he was giving me the mushy rice from the bottom of the bin, he continued as though it was no big deal. I had to speak up & say "sir is that all the rice you have or is there some fresh riced cooking to replace this?" He turned & pointed to the bin that was just filled with fresh cooked rice. WHY DID I HAVE TO ASK FOR IT?! He also was going to give me the mushy veggies the same way. I had to ask for those too. They had to be cooked & the guy on the grill(with the red birthmark on his face) seemed to get annoyed. Let me be clear...it wasn't that I was just wanting all my selections cooked fresh, they were scraping the bottom & corners of the bins. The customer behind me, my husband & I decided to wait until the cook was finish with the viggies. So much for guaranteed freshness, maybe it should be...GUARANTEED FRESHNESS IF YOU REQUEST IT or speak up about getting the mushy mess at the bottom of the bin. One of the employees placed an order while we were waiting so her burrito was before our order. Chris, who disappeared from his work station didn't know the cook was done & the employee, ours & the customer behind us was wating to have our bowls prepared. People were coming in, the line was backing up & no Chris. My husband saw Chris talking/flirting with another man whose order he prepared when we first got in line. "MY HUSBAND" had to call Chris to his workstation. He then had the audacity to come back as though we interupted him. His teamate said "you're making the customers mad". I added "yes over there running your mouth & holding up your own line!" He didn't even apologize, but asked me "what did I want on my burrito?" I wanted to tell him alot of different selections just to teach him a lesson but Jesus wouldn't like that. However, NEWFLASH Chris, the burrito isn't mine! He would know that if he were in position like he was suppose to be. Instead, the customer that already has his order, really had something good to tell you because the rest of us were disregarded like the mushy veggies at the bottom of the bin. I blame the management for this type of carelessness. I have read some of the other reviews, it doesn't seem to be improving. The team is only as good as the leader. He should've never thought that was ok to do anyway. The only reason I gave two stars is because at least the young man starting the orders was decent, the lobby was ok & someone fixed the door handle. Who wants to spend their money in a place where they are not valued. Also, when piss-poor service is received the food is not enjoyable. Chipotle is a 25minute drive from my house. Chris' lack of service & remorse just cost them a family of customers. I did not consult with management because it's obvious that location lacks a manager that would be worth expressing our treatment to anyway. I didn't think Chipotle would be a place where I would have to leave a review like this. I appreciate that Chick-Fil-A gives their employees the worship & family day off. I thought for sure Chipotle would be a good choice for good fresh food & serivce. Thanks to Chris we left with no food & a bad experience. FRESH FOOD FOR THOUGHT, you never know who you're servicing, that is why you should strive to provide a great experience for...
Read moreCame here Thursday night 12/5 around 10:35-10:45. Automatically the door is locked. To my understanding Chipotle now closes @11pm… I knock on the door and an employee by the name of Jordan opens and states “we are closed” I responded and said but you all close at 11 which she rudely responds and lets me know that store policy is that they lock doors at 10:45. Which is very misleading when the store hours are 10:45am -11pm everyday. I then come back to next day to speak with a manager. Recardo Jackson ended up telling me that what the employee was stating is in fact true that everyday the doors lock @10:45pm especially when there is a line. Now there was no line when I came the night prior so I’m confused as to when yall are open til 11pm if you lock doors when there’s a line and lock the doors when there’s no line. And I’m also wondering if this is corporate policy or just this location??? Nonetheless he ended up giving me his card and told me the next time I come that my bowl would be free on him for the inconvenience and the attitude I got from the employee. Ended up coming back the next night @9:50 pm on the dot. I walk inside and there are 3 people behind the glass. No line at all and only 2 people sitting down eating… I stood at the glass waiting for someone to greet me or take my order for about 3 minutes. The 3 employees (who obviously saw me) continued to talk amongst themselves while making themselves food to-go. Finally, one of the girls said to me “ you trynna order” I told her yes and she proceeds to tell me “ okay well we out of chicken, steak, fajitas, Vinegarette, chips etc etc” “ you still trynna order” I kindly responded and said no thank you and she says “ yea sorry they cleaned us out”. Never again will I be coming back to this location. The customer service is terrible, no one in the store acts like they want to work, and the attitudes of the employees need some work. There’s no reason why a whole hour and 10 minutes before yall close yall should be “out” of everything which I don’t believe anyways I think they just didn’t want to cook anything else because it’ll be less work when trying to close the store. There’s no reason in an empty store I should have been waiting that long for someone to greet me and take my order. The manager needs to coach these employees on how to speak to guest and work on there customer service skills. I’ve never been somewhere where the store says they close at a certain time but they close the doors early everyday preventing customers from entering. Ultimately it’s preventing yall ”Chipotle” from making money. I’ve worked in the food industry and in customer service for a long time and i know it can be frustrating when the last person of the night walks through the door and your already ready to go but this is a business and this is your job that you signed up for. If your sign says 10:45-11pm then that’s the time frame y'all are Serving customers through. If not the hours need to be changed to...
Read moreGave today’s lunch at Chipotle 2 stars instead of one, for the first young lady behind the counter with a sweet smile, and friendly service. The rest of the way down the assembly line, they appeared miserable. I can deal with that, if the food is good! My husband and I both got a salad, with the new grilled pollo asado. It was VERY salty, and the pico was not fresh. I asked for cilantro, and she said she had to put it through a ‘lime wash’ if that was ok… I agreed, since who doesn’t like lime? I watched her go and scoop some up and pour some concoction out of a gallon jug over it and shake it up. When I went to add the unappetizing looking result to my salad, I decided to smell it first (of course) and it smelled like disinfectant! I’m assuming it was whatever was in the ‘veggie wash’ maybe some kind of essential oil? But it smelled like lemon scented Lysol to me. YIKES! We ate maybe half of our food, as all I could think of was that I didn’t want to get sick. The restaurant was messy, we cleaned our own table with a wipe from my purse, and as we ate we watched as customer after customer walked up to the locked front door, and stand back and try to figure out how to get in. They had a handwritten sign saying ‘online orders’. We came in that door, so not sure when they did that, but many were frustrated and we watched as some just left. We saw one employee who happened to be standing near the door as someone was trying to get in, just clearly annoyed as she pointed to the side door without making eye contact with them.. I don’t like being the one to make such a poor review, but this was a huge waste of $29 for 2 salads and one drink! Shoulda gone next door to Uncle Maddio’s! HARD PASS on this place.. Side note… My husband loves Chipotle in general, he frequented the new-ish one in Bowling Green KY, where we moved from last year. I was hesitant to go, after all of the issues Chipotle had a few years ago with people getting really sick at various locations. Today I suggested we go, finally giving in to give Chipotle a try.... Bummed to say the least! I’m not sure if this is a Chipotle issue, or a Warner Robins issue...
