Please excuse the long post but people should know why I gave this 1 star, I am a fair reviewer, see my other reviews. My wife and I went on date and thought we would try Five Guys. We ordered and the cashier talked us into getting a medium fry to share because they were supposedly large portions, they were not. My wife ordered a cheese burger in a bowl with mushrooms, onions, green peppers and A1. When my wife opened her burger she notice the cheese was just a cold slice of cheese thrown between two warm patties. I say warm because it wasn't melted and didn't melt, her green peppers were raw but warm to touch like they had at least touched the cooking surface, and there wasn't any A1on the burger, she didn't notice that until half way through or I would have sent it back because three strikes your out in my book. I opened my burger to realize, it was standard to have a warm burger and cheap unmelted cheese. The fries were good but the burgers needed some work. Overpriced and underwhelming, I wish we would have went across the street to Steak-n-shake, for $30 I could have also had a shake...
Read moreWe spent $35. We got 2 burgers 1 fry & 2 drinks. The price blew me away considering that the fry was a joke as far as portioning goes. My burger & bun fell apart the entire time I was eating & the burger itself was over cooked. My gf's burger was over cooked as well. I asked for cheese on mine bit did not get it. The staff were very friendly & helpful on our visit. The store was pretty much clean except for a few tables that were not cleaned off. I can't believe what we paid $35 for. I ate at Jack's a day before & thought an hour wait was the worst. Looking at that compared to Five Guys our food was still better tasting & better looking. This is probably why I only visit maybe once a year. And I'm sure as customer service has gotten worse since covid happened & now nobody cares to make the customer happy so long as the customer lines their pocket but I definitely want ppl to know your money would be better spent at a fast food restaurant!!! Again just another place that needs to step up their game if I'm gonna spend a huge chunk of my hard earned money to get...
Read moreOrdered online at fiveguys.com and a third party picked up the food. Postmates is who they use and they were very slow, we received our food an hour later. Milkshakes were all melted and food was cold. We live maybe 10 minutes from the restaurant and it took the driver Marion with Postmates 30 minutes to find our home once I got the text saying my food was on the way and would be delivered in 10 mins. He told my husband the GPS took him all over town, again, we live 10 mins up the rd. Called Five Guys and the manager told me to call Postmates because they have nothing to do with it. I called Postmates and the man at customer service told me I had to call the restaurant. The website even says to contact the restaurant with any issues with the online order. Waited over an hr for an over priced mediocre burger and melted milkshakes. The manager did refund the milkshakes but that was after her giving me the run around saying they don't get payments for online orders until close out at night. We will never spend another dime at the Warner...
