Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warr Acres

I cannot begin to say the awful experiences (and I mean numerous experiences) I have had at this Taco Bell. Today will be the last day I EVER go here. To begin with, when I first moved to Oklahoma City, I stopped at this Taco Bell and ordered my regular items. That day was the ONLY day I was treated respectfully. Since then, I have stopped by this location so many times (at least fifteen) and have repeatedly come across/been given/treated with the following: Zero curtousy from the employees (as if they DON'T want me to order from them) Incomplete orders (Three occasions at minimum I can remember off the top of my head) Wrong items/ Completely wrong orders Disheveled and completely squished food (As if someone has intentionally thrown my food into the bag without any thought that someone would be eating it...) Undercooked/Overcooked food. (This has happened EVER SINGLE TIME I have ordered from there... At least one item is completely inedible to the point of no return...) Points where the food is burnt to a crisp. Triple layer nachos full of clumped cheese to the point that I can't even open the box without cheese chunks falling all over the place. Yes... chunks of cheese (the cheese is supposed to be melted) Above and beyond all this is the simple fact that they NEVER HAVE IMVENTORY!!!! I have never come up to the drive thru window without being told "...Just to let you know we don't have..." (and then a list of things starts) -Many times the computers would be out and they wouldn't take orders. Last night when I ordered the lights went out and the lady said her computer was restarting... She took my order after ten minutes of waiting and when I told her the lights were off and I couldn't see the drive thru screen, she simply said, "Well what am I supposed to do about it?! Do you wanna order or not?"

There are so many negative things about this place that I am definitely forgetting some things. Someone needs to put this place in order some way...

on 11/02/2022 at 11:20pm CST, I visited this location, and ordered around $25 worth of food for my family and I. When I was done ordering, I asked that the fries be made fresh, as well as the chalupa's that I ordered. The individual at the window wanted me to repeat my entire order because they had not been paying attention. I repeated my order for the individual, and was never told my total, and was never told to continue to the next window, despite me seeing my order being pushed through. I waited, but eventually I decided to proceed to the proper window, I provided payment, and shortly after, watched a manager, as well as the drive through employee make snickering faces while looking in my direction, and even started laughing at one point. The manager then openned the window, and said " we makin it fresh for yall, I got you." they continued to laugh. I recieved my card from the individual, but I never recieved a receipt, despite asking for one, the individual did not respond to my request, usually I would leave a review that way. When I receieved my food, I could tell based on my prior two years experience as a Taco Bell Shift Lead, that one set of fries had been dropped a second time, to provide the illusion of being fresh, and the second set were soggy, old, and cold. The chalupa's were fresh, which was nice, but the beef inside was very cold. The individuals seemed more interested in hanging out, then actually providing any means of customer service, while also lying about the quality of the food. This establishment in particular has always been a rough one to get food from. I have interacted with the General Manager enough to understand that the root of the problem starts with his attitude towards customers and...

Avoid this bell !!!!! - go farther up on NW Expressway to the other bell location. My daughter stopped here today to pick up lunch for her and her coworkers. She was talking to me on the phone through bluetooth while she was waiting at the drive-thru and I listened to the employee taking her order. The lady at the window stopped taking her order right in the middle and had to take other people's orders while my daughter waited- and the employee didn't turn off her mic so we heard all her interactions with other customers- again not the problem - the problem started after the lady working the window came back on and told my daughter to pull around- but she wasn't done putting in her order yet but the window lady wouldn't take the rest of her order. My daughter- just thinking the lady's headset must not be working- goes inside the store to get everything and while she's standing there the window lady comes over with a drink and hatefully says you had a dr pepper, didn't ya" and while the kind of drink was right- the size was wrong so when my daughter informed her it was suppose to be a different size the window lady threw the drink in the trash making it explode. After she got the correct drink, window lady stood over there and said she "hated people like that"- referring to my daughter!!! This lady's behavior was so nuts the manager or someone gave my daughter some vouchers for free tacos to use next time- but I would discourage anyone from going to this location- exploding soda's and rude mean employees aren't worth it- I guess unless you want the...
