Took the power supply for my laptop in because there seemed to be an issue with it shorting out. I spoke with Dustin, and explained how it would seemingly short out, and then my computer would shut down after that. He took a meter and tested the voltage, but because he choose to test the end of the adapter that goes into the computer, he had to put paperclips in the holes in order to do so, and during the course of his testing, the adapter shorted a couple times due to the paperclips touching and crossing the circuits. He then told me that the problem was "probably" with my computer, and so I thanked him and left (I appreciate that he did this at no charge). Back home though, upon plugging in the adapter to try and charge my computer (because it still kind of worked), I found that the adapter was now completely dead. Though the adapter would have died anyway, I don't appreciate having it killed sooner and getting wrong advice on what...

Had trouble startung up my PC. He said the problem was overheating and replaced the fan. $112.50 (Doubtful because it had never over heated.) When I got it home it still didn;t work, same problem.
