
Brought my Corvette in for service again this month - June of 2022. Dealt with Service Advisor Jeremy Alasin. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from him from dropping the car off until picking it up. When I dropped it off, he patiently listened to the few concerns I had that I wished looked at. Nothing was a problem, and since I live quite far from the dealership he offered me a service loaner. I received a call from him a day later advising me what the service technician had found and what service was recommended. All of these items were completely valid. No unnecessary or costly work; just what was needed. Jeremy called me a day later to tell the work had been completed and everything had checked out well. And the price was extremely reasonable. My 94 Vette is a show car and has taken several trophies. So, I am admittedly very OCD about the car. When I arrived to pick it up, it was as meticulously clean as when I brought it in. Jeremy told me when I dropped it off that he would treat it as his own and he did. I've owned a lot of cars over my life and dealt with a lot of dealers. Country Chevrolet has now twice been a perfect experience from start to finish. Jeremy went above and beyond taking care of me and my car. There is no other dealership I intend to let touch my car other than Country Chevrolet. Thank you again Jeremy for providing exceptional customer service and care!
There is no way the service I received at Country Chevrolet could have been better. If I could have above, I would have rated it 11 on a scale of 10. I have a 94 show quality Corvette. The air conditioner stopped working and I also succeeded in busting the power antenna on it. Steve Chipman was absolutely fabulous. Given the age of the vehicle it could not just be plugged into a computer for diagnosis. It required old school, meticulous work to figure out what was wrong. Steve kept me apprised every step of the way. I understand that the tech who worked on my car had to take a paper manual home and study it out on his own time to figure out how to fix my car. I wish i had gotten his name since he deserves a huge shout out also. The result is that my car has been completely fixed and the air conditioning is working perfectly at what was a reasonable price. I should add that the parts guy ( also didn't get his name ) did yeoman duty in finding me a replacement power antenna. That was repaired perfectly also. Upon picking up my car, Steve meticulously went over what the technician did and what parts were replaced in layman terms that I could understand. I should also add that I live a distance from this dealership. I was graciously given a loaner car during the couple of days that my car was in the shop. In closing, Country Chevrolet and Steve Chipman have made me a permanent customer. I will be bringing my Corvette there for all service, both routine and otherwise, that it might need. Read moreIt is sad to say that while I do really like my Custom Jeep… I have had severe issues within the past few months.
I have only owned this Jeep for less than five years and it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I was very excited when I received my custom Jeep from DTO Customs/Country Chevrolet. My last vehicle was 11/12 years old Nissan Xterra and I saved up to have my dream jeep. I spent a lot of money to ensure it was properly done by DTO Customs/Country Chevrolet (and paid the money to have the vehicle shipped to me). The process seemed seamless…or so I thought.
Within the last few months, the starter had to be replaced (which could be understandable due to miles but I am still within my extended warranty). However, I kept going back into the shop repeatedly due to the entire transmission failure, alternator failure, multiple batteries failure (2x main, 2x aux besides original within the jeep), reverse camera failure, grounding circuitry issues, etc. So my Jeep has repeatedly been in and out of the shop for weeks at a time within the last few months (impacting my military occupation), and again, this is within five years of the jeep actually being manufactured as it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. My Nissan Xterra didn’t have this many issues and it was 11/12 years old and 190,000 miles.
I am also literally now facing another issue that concerns electrical wiring to a custom part that was installed and recommended by DTO Customs/Country Chevrolet when I purchased the vehicle a few years ago. Sadly, I even got the extended warranty (which the sales representative recommended as the individual assured me that any issues within 100,000 miles/5 years would be covered). Unfortunately, I found out that the extended warranty only covers things done by the manufacturer. So anything that I had custom done through DTO Customs/Country Chevrolet (who actually sold me the jeep and shipped it to me) was unfortunately not included under the extended warranty, which I was not aware of until now. I have had to pay out-of-pocket due to the extended warranty not covering certain items to include the replacement of the entire transmission that blew besides the other parts that were customized by DTO Customs/Country Chevrolet.
While customer service may be polite and my jeep may “look cool”, I just want a functioning vehicle that is reliable and would have not gotten this jeep if I would have known all the issues I was going to have within a short period of time. Sad to say that the trade-in value is low, especially for what I paid originally for the vehicle. So, I will not be coming back to this facility, and I will be writing to the management team. Here is hoping that after another visit to the shop…the sixth visit within the last few months and many phone conversations again…the issues will finally stop and I can finally focus on getting to and from work for...

My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV from you a week ago. Ms. Shelby Mariani was our sales representative. In a word, she was superb!
We cannot say enough good about her, and our experience with her, in buying this vehicle.
I had been in touch with Shelby previously via email. She was persistent, but not overly aggressive in keeping in touch with me, proactively. Just an occasional follow-up inquiry after my first email expressing our interest in purchasing a new Equinox EV.
Se when we finally decided to get off the dime and take the plunge (sorry, mixed metaphors), Shelby was right there to take over.
She had really done her homework in advance. She knew exactly what we were looking for, and in the right price range, and she had the listings all set up when we arrived at Country Chevrolet, and met her in person.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the Equinox. She could answer every question. We went through each listing, and quickly reduced it down to the one we ultimately purchased. Again, she was very thorough and fully informed about this very complex vehicle. For us complex. For her, just like any other car.
We took a test drive, and again, she answered every question. She never once had to look anything up, do a Google search, or anything else. She knew it all.
She was helpful in determining the final purchase price, more than we had anticipated, but we got more vehicle than initially desired. Shelby helped us rack and stack all the numbers, she worked in the Federal Tax credit and the Costco credit, something we did not know about.
She walked us through everything, step by step. She took us on a tour of your dealership, explained how getting repairs is done. She ordered the correct cable, connector and home charging station for us (which we had installed today - Shelby drove out to our home to make sure it all went well and was working, and to take care of a few last minute details).
In baseball terms, Shelby hit a grand-slam, bases loaded, walk off, out of the park home run for us!! We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience of buying this car, all credit due to Shelby!!
I hope you will do everything GM will allow to recognize and reward Shelby. You are very lucky to have her on your sales staff at Country Chevrolet. We would not hesitate a minute to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car.
