Starbucks — Restaurant in Warrenton

I am giving this Starbucks 4 stars because I have had only positive experiences here until today. I come pretty often to get work done and everyone is always extremely nice and helpful when it comes to ordering. Unfortunately, I was treated rudely today by a barista, who made me feel stupid for my drink order, and asked if I wanted “space where the ice should be.” I’ve since looked up how this drink is supposed to be made, and how other baristas handle when a customer orders sans ice. Basically, they describe to the customer an alternative and everyone is happy. Today, this barista spoke sarcastically to me and embarrassed me in front of the other customers when there was absolutely no need for this. Kindly suggesting an alternative and treating me like a human would have taken less effort. My feedback: be kind to your customers; it’s not their job to know how your drinks are made. Shout out to the awsome service!Visiting from OH. Absolutely the BEST Triple Vente Skinny Vanilla Latte. It was closing time and the Barista was almost done closing up when I walked to the counter. I was greeted with a sincere cheerful smile while she gladly took my order. She wasn't hurried or rushed. There was no "late guest" attitude. Those of you who work in the hospitality or food and beverage industry understand what I mean...long night, almost outta here, ugh. Often, the guest becomes the sacrificial lamb for the shift. I dont really like this Starbucks. I went because i had a gift card and was near the area . I got my order taken quick and my drinks were made fast as well. The taste was not good.. All it tasted like was whipper cream and water.. I orderd a Mocha cookie crumble i was upset because i got it for free and it did not taste good! usually it's supposed to taste better because it is free.. That was not the case. I was not gonna make a fuss though only because it was free. it was very disappointing and my moms drink was a caramel ribbon and the only difference was hers didn't taste like water it tasted like milk.
