UPDATE: I Contacted a manager the next morning and they were very apologetic and offered a full refund and discount ln next order. The owner then contacted me to follow up on the issuem i appreciate the customer service.
PREVIOUS: I had a horrible experience with this restaurant tonight. I ordered dinner for my family with the very limited funds I had available to me because we are not feeling well and we still needed to eat. I ordered on the app for delivery and when the order arrived over 40 minutes later half of the order was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant and I'm not sure if it's a manager or a staff who answered it was a male worker and I gave him my information and order number and he just told me the driver is on the way. When I tried to ask more details about what driver and when I could expect it he just kept insisting the drivers on the way and hung up. At this point the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. It has been over 30 minutes, the restaurant has closed for the night and I never had my food delivery. I'm left without an option of food to eat because the item that was delivered I am allergic to and I cannot eat and so my husband is the only one who has dinner for tonight. I didn't get a call back from the restaurant or food delivery and I am honestly very upset about it. Ionly live a few minutes away so that makes matters worst. I feel like the restaurant put me in a position to have nothing I can do about it and I am still hungry and don't have dinner for tonight and yet I can't afford to order something from anywhere else because this restaurant is not cheap by any means and I spent a good amount of money ordering dinner and make sure we have leftovers so we could just take care...

No big deal that's happening everywhere. My cashier was the only thing excellent BTW. Pork fried rice barely etable the rice quality was terrible...broken grains very dry bland. Taiwan rice noodles bland mostly just noodles. Hot and sour soup bland hardly any mushrooms. Moo goo gui pan barely any meat. Okay Hunan I know the economy sucks but you have increased your prices by $5 a dish and then decrease the quality to make more profit...well you can't make profit if you lose customers....I just spent $50 on garbage food...I'll be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully that restaurant is not sacrificing quality due to the economy....I could have made better food from the Chinese frozen food section at the grocery store.....I'm so disappointed Hunan. I've always used it ever since. Since we were out and about, we stopped in and placed an order in store. I'm going to assume the man who waited on us was the manager. To describe him better, he was very disgruntled and appeared very unhappy. Not welcoming at all. I asked about the point system being in store. He took my phone number and told me he would add them on. Ok, no big deal. As he brought our to go food to the table, he reassured me me he would put the points on. Two weeks later and still no points. It's one thing to be lied to, but to be lied to twice within 15 minutes is unacceptable.
