03.01.2024 Back in December I left a 1-star review bc our office pizzas were awful, I said to avoid this place. I also brought attention to another employee months back how the order I picked up was cold the pizza and the mozzarella sticks. No apology or anything. Again, another rude employee. Stupidly today I ordered a pizza online and I ordered half extra cheese and the other half pepperoni and sausage (I did not remove the cheese) I picked up the order and asked the guy Ryan why does this half have no cheese? He rudely said that's how you ordered it. I said no I sure didn't, and it needs to be remade. He refused. I asked for the manager Ryan said he's the manager for 6 years. I asked how bc his customer service is awful. He said I will cancel the order and you can reorder and pay again. Let's see NOPE I said again it needs to be remade. He then said and that's a waste of our resources. Then he went and helped the people in line and said I'll deal with you in a few minutes. I stood there and then decided to leave and walking out I made sure he knew I would contact corporate somehow some way since he refused to give me the information. This business has one of the most outrageous rude employees I've come across. Oh, and the only thing good here is the lunch special 2 slices that's $6. 12.21.2023 Not the first time issues with not good quality food. Today we placed an online order to be delivered at 11:15. The order was delivered at 11:00 which was fine. Hours when placing the order says they don’t open till 10:45am. I should have checked the pizzas before the driver left. The pepperoni pizza and what was supposed to be extra cheese looked and tasted like it was made the night before. I was able to call and let them know about the issues around 11:50 the guy I spoke to as usual hen I have given feed back has a voice of he doesn’t care. He said well did you guys eat it all. I said I don’t know but we did just eat it anyway even though it wasn’t good bc we are busy today. He said do you need anything further. I told him no I wanted to give feed back. He said ok. No offer of a remake at a later date, no offer of a partial refund nothing. Will be avoiding this place going forward. Quality of food and customer service needs to be improved.    Read moreThis HAS all the bones of a great place and I’m sure on another visit it might be great. Tonight WAS NOT the night! We ordered a Stromboli and the Gyro dinner to split 3 ways. The food came out fast, TOO FAST, for “made to order food”. I’m certain our gyro dinner was another diners return as the fries were cold, the lettuce wilted, the tzatziki warm and the meat lukewarm-ish! The Stromboli was undercooked such that the cheese was still unmelted and the meats cold. My brother was so hungry that he Joe been to his house while I elected to return and ask for the other half to be thoroughly heated. I was APPALLED that they returned my half “piping hot” straight out of the oven...the MICROWAVE OVEN! Pizza dough of any variety should #neverNeverNeVeR #NEVERever be microwaved. I was so aghast that to even complain would be pointless. Those working tonight were far more interested in what was happening on their devices than what was happening with their customers. I doubt the image of 3 employees huddled to left of the counter while tables sat dirty and unbussed and one young woman running around seemingly trying to hold it together is not what the owner had in mind when he opened this fast casual concept.    Read moreTonight, I called the warrenton store and gave our phone number, the man who answered the phone asked if we were associated with a certain address, we SPECIFICALLY advised NO and to DELETE that address out and to add our correct address in. Then, I ordered a pizza for my family, at 7:55 pm. At 9:04 we called to check where the pizza was. The man who answered said “it should be there soon” and hung up. At about 9:20 I received another call from the delivery driver, saying he was having trouble find the house. After providing our address again, twice, he realized he went to the address we specifically advised to DELETE. I called the store back, told them this, and asked that they refund the order because of this inconvenience. They said not a problem. 20+ minutes later I called back as the pizza still had not arrived, and they advised the order was cancelled! I said, no. it was refunded.. because of THEIR mistake and 2 hours later I haven’t received my order. The man on the phone said exactly “you can argue with me all you want but the order was cancelled and it’s not come to you.” I asked what happened to the order that was out for delivery at the wrong address?? He said it went back to the store, and he refused to send it back out. TERRIBLE customer service. I have experienced this time and time again here and have repeatedly given them...
