Sorry to say I'm in this staples more than I like and most of the time there is no staff to help with finding things. Often have to go to a cashier or the IT desk to get help with finding a product. IT desk recommend the more expensive repairs to computers rather then the cheapest. While looking for employment managers assured me they would contact me and never. A second Manager rudely answered my question while not even looking at me. Usually understaffed with staff that is not educated about the products.
I had a laptop with a critical windows start up error called a boot loop, what I asked for them to do was to help with a Windows Media creation tool USB. What they wanted to do was back up my hard drive. Try and reinstall windows for the full price of Windows and then move my media back on to the hard drive.
Honestly this was almost a year ago but after having gone in today and having inquired about an almost brand new desktop someone had turned into reycyle, the main manager would not even look at me as I asked him my questions and then answered them extremely rudely to boot.
There was also a fellow customer I found staring at USB drives, after about 15 minutes of me noticing he was just going back and forth I asked him exactly what he was looking for and helped him with a little information to help make his decision a bit clearer. Called into the store at 3pm after my work to know the order ready thinking that I can pick up the order on the way to home. After 3 min into the call someone picked up the phone and said will transfer to copy center, no one picked up phone for 25min evenafter I reached the store . After I reached the store I showed the employee and manager my phone saying no one picked up for last 25min. They all denied that no call came through. Such a bad experience. I purchased a new computer and was waited on by an associate named Mark who also helped me pick out a new computer and software. I was told that my new computer would be available by Monday 5 PM.
