Worst customer service I ever expirenced from a pharmacy in my life. I got there at 5:45 and had to wait in line for 15 minutes which I didn't mind. Got up to the window, they hand me my prescription, ring me up and I mentioned I had a coupon since my copay was expensive and my insurance didn't cover it fully. They got mad and told me to come back the next day because it was now 6:02 and they closed at 6. They said they would have to void the transaction and do it again for the coupon and they were now closed and sent me away. I was literally in the middle of the transaction with the medication in my hand. It wasn't like I walked in after they closed, I was WAITING IN LINE. The most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. To make matters worse, I asked for the pharmacy manager and one of the other workers simply said" I can't help you. I just run the register. "I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this Walgreens for anything. I wasn't the only customer this happened to. The poor woman in front of me was told to come back the next day also because of an issue with her insurance. It was very apparent the entire pharmacy staff including the pharmacist just didn't want to do their job or handle any customers at the time. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention medications are important and some people can't wait till the next day to pick them up.

   Read moreOn 1/24, I went in to Pharmacy to get a script filled. When the associate notified me that it would be ready after two pm as the staff goes to lunch from 1:30-2. I don't feel well, need the antibiotics, and just wanted to get home to nap. I grumbled, came home and rested. I grumbled at the associate when I dropped it off I admit that, but I did not expect them to fulfill until 2pm. I planned on apologizing to her when I picked up the script later that evening. When I picked up the script before I could apologize to her, she gestured to the pharmacist as soon as I provided my name. Look... I know they are severely understaffed and under appreciated but it is not my fault that all the pharmacies in the are go to lunch at the same time. Doesn't matter if is Walgreens or CVS. As a customer, I may have been a Karen, but as associates of Walgreens, they were both unprofessional upon my return for my script. Shame on them both.

   Read moreOnce upon a time this was a great pharmacy and corner store. I was actually recommending this pharmacy to friends and family. Unfortunately over the last few years, it has been in constant decline; itâs now at an unacceptable level. They are very disorganized, prescriptions are rarely available at full quantities. They once gave me the wrong prescription even though Iâve been refilling it there for 10 years. At least once every 5-6 months they forget to include a manufacturer discount for an order. Most recently if I go there within 15 minutes before they close, they wonât even put it my prescription the system that day!
On another note, their hours are constantly being reduced, they now close at 7 or even before that on weekends (which means you need to be their 6:30 to get any kind of service).
