I could write a book on all of the amazing things about this furniture store. We actually live in South Bend, which you think would equal more options. After getting fed up with La-z-boy building us an $11,000 sofa (this is after the designer discount, people, so actually around 32 percent more, and they couldn’t deliver until June.). I called and got Andy on the phone. Literally nicest guy ever, listened to what I wanted and spent an entire afternoon taking pictures and drawing layouts and sending them to me (please note, he spent hours doing this and was not even pushy about us coming in.). We trucked our buns down to Warsaw and they delivered us a sofa we LOVE (today, 2 days later) their delivery charge was $199. La-z-boy was charging $300. Their delivery guys, Garrett and Seth helped us move our old stuff, we’re willing to haul, one helped me vacuum while the other was getting pillows unloaded. Just unreal. The service we received from REINHOLTS was superior to any service we have ever received while buying furniture. It was during COVID and we needed a sofa. I called, Brent answered. We began to exchange measurement, photos, and lots of emails since we were unable to shop in person. When COVID was lifted my niece and I spent an afternoon shopping. Brent was there to help but never in our way. We purchased three chairs a sofa and a lamp without pressure from Brent. We sat in all the furniture before our selection was made. Brent and I had a conversation about customer service. He ask me why my clients chose to have midwifery care instead of hospital care? I replied, for the same reason I shop with you instead of IKEA. I can’t say enough about Reinholt. When we first got to the store, we were greeted with a friendly smile and plenty of people who were great at answering our questions. We worked with Keith Reinholt, who gave us his cell phone number so we could reach out to him directly with questions. We placed an order for a sectional and a chair/ottoman in early Feb, and then the store closed due to Covid. Once our order arrived at the store (they ordered from la-z-boy) they called to tell us it had arrived, but they weren’t able to deliver yet due to the covid restrictions. As soon as the governor announced they could reopen, they called me to schedule my delivery! They delivered the day after reopening and hauled away my old couch. The two delivery guys, Seth and Garrett, were very friendly!! This company handled the craziness of covid with extreme professionalism and they had a positive attitude the whole time.
