Metro Lobster & Seafood — Local services in Warwick

Called ahead to check pricing and availability of 3lbs lobsters. Was told over the phone 12.50 per lb. Asked if they had the 4 I was looking for the man on the phone said come on down. Drove 35mins from N. Smithfield when I arrived it was a surprise that they only take cash. I placed my order and was told the delivery was a few mins away.The slip now says 12.99 per lbs. figured I would mention this later but never got to that point. Ok no problem Ill run to an ATM for cash. Upon arriving with cash in hand I was once again told it would just be a few minutes after waiting 20minutes the guy now informs me it will be an additional 45mins. Liars and crooks so far as...

I have been buying the majority of my seafood from Metro for the last 10 years and I am never disappointed, in fact, I am pleasantly surprised that their customer service and quality of food continues to get better. They go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I want. Special shout out to Greg who packed 6 of the best lobsters I’ve ever had to be brought to me on Block Island by friends. The owner knows his stuff. Put on a clambake for 60 people and he told me all the right lobster and clams to purchase. If it wasn't for him the clambake could of been a bust due to the RI lobsters moulting. He sold us ones from Canada and I also got mussels, Steamers, clams. Biggest mussels I've ever seen....
