Ozzy's Playhouse — Local services in Warwick

My husband and I recently became empty nesters and sold our home to take advantage of the sellers market. We moved into a beautiful loft community and we are very happy. What we didn’t expect was for our 13 yr old miniature schnauzer to suffer from separation anxiety. She began howling if left alone, even for very short periods. Between the chaos of the move, our kids moving away and losing our other dog all within a short timeframe, we failed to realize she had NEVER been alone her entire life. I called many doggie day cares to learn there were, in many cases, months waiting lists for interviews. I learned of Ozzy’s through social media and their grand opening happened right when we desperately needed them. Sal, Hollie, and the staff are wonderful. They truly care for the dogs, communicate well, and if you follow on social media the many, many photos posted throughout the day show the serious fun that is going on at Ozzy’s. The space is bright, beautiful, and clean. Mini schnauzers can be high maintenance and are often misunderstood if you don’t know the breed but I have zero apprehension leaving my little Heidi...

I'd like to give it zero stars but that's not an option. The owner of this place is a selfish, self-centered POS. I am not sorry to say it. His name isn't even on the business license, his wives is and he is there more than her. Dogs here are getting Kennel Cough, a life-threatening animal illness, and this man is refusing to shut down, let alone tell the dog owners that their dogs are at risk of getting a life-threatening illness if not already have it. I hear the workers are also treated unfairly. No one in my family will no longer be bringing our dogs here. And the fact that every department and news station I've contacted has not investigated this...

Who would've thought Doggy Daycare was a thing. Jasper was a little shy at first but he turned into a social butterfly after his first day. Meeting Sal on the first day was great, he genuinely cares about all of the dogs and you can tell he and his wife promote that same love and energy within his team. Ozzy's playhouse is a great place, we look forward to seeing our puppy thrive and develop...
