Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Warwick

Never Order through the Website. Today I ordered at 2pm through the website for delivery. I paid a delivery fee. A service fee, and a TIP. The website them said my ASAP order would be delivered at 4:15. I called the restaurant 5 time before someone was "available" and answered. I asked about the order time. I was told that the time was wrong and it should only take 25 minutes... 30 mins goes by and it still says on the BWW website that they haven't started the order yet.

I call back and when someone else answers they say "we don't deliver, you can only get delivery from grubhub or doordash" I told them that I ordered on the BWW website and selected delivery. They told me I will have to come pick it up... then the BWW person said they would transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for 15mins before hanging up.

Then when I called back they said that the food has been done and either I have to pick it up or I would have to call the driver (which their was no driver) I then drove to pick it up, and the label the 2 bags said they were out of lemonade, so they have me a different drink, and I left.

Then I get home and open the Sealed bags everything was cold. All the drinks I bottled drinks I ordered were missing. The cheese curds I ordered were missing, the cake and ice cream I ordered was missing, and the 8oz Mac & cheese my kid wanted was only filled up half the container so...4oz and was a solid brick. So she got almost no Mac & cheese no drink and cold fries. I found out that I was supposed to get a doordash driver (which there is no information on the BWW website about that) and if I had ordered right from door dash I would have gotten free delivery with an order over $15 (my order $75)

Then doordash tried to contact the restuarant about the missing food, but once again they aren't answering the phone.

Total waist of money. I ordered once through grubhub and it was fine, but this ordering threw their website is trash. They even have a name for who checked the Order... but clearly they didn't. Their website has no cancelation option or anyway to report missing food. The doordash finally got a hold of someone and I was told by Doordash that "they weren't helpful" and I asked if I could just get a refund for the missing food and they said they would have to call me back, but that was an...

Worst experience ever! First of all it was not overly busy when we sat down yet waited almost 15 minutes just to get beverages when the appetizers arrived we had no utensils or napkins waited about 5 minutes more to get them when the food finally arrived the waitress dropped the stuff in front of us and disappeared never came back to see if everything was ok if we needed anything else like drink refills especially for the kids only for a trip to the ladies room did I find the answer to where she disappeared to all that time as I found her in there at the mirror braiding her hair! Returned to my table and timed on my phone how long it took her to come out of there which was almost another 10 minutes! During that time I went to the hostess desk to voice my frustration and was told a manager would be over also explained it was my grandsons birthday and asked if a piece of cake could be delivered to him in which I was told sure well guess what no manager visit no cake and the waitress must of been told I complained as she walked over and dropped the check on the table and walked away! My daughter in law than went back to hostess deck and was told by someone else they don’t do birthdays (ok could of said that the 1st time instead of us sitting there another 15 minutes for nothing) but because of the wait and bad service she would take care of it and she did thankfully! I never complain about service as everyone has bad days but the bathroom incident sent me over the edge being that it was a child’s birthday and it was basically ruined on top of spending $150 for wings that were under cooked and cold! Very disappointed in staff and management for not taking the time to make the experience...

Absolutely awful service. Showed up at the time they said the food would be ready, and was approached by no one. Had multiple employees walk by and look at me with none stopping to ask if I was picking up or anything. One guy finally comes over and asks, checks, and says it’ll be five minutes. After another 10 minutes, another girl comes over and asks what I’m waiting on. She then goes in back, comes out, and doesn’t even come over to me. She goes over to the original guy and another girl and starts pointing to the kitchen and they laugh, and the second says “Got nothing to do with me.” They then stand there laughing and talking, before a kid from the kitchen comes and says something to them. The girl then comes over and tells me and another woman standing there that apparently they already made our orders, brought them out, and someone else must have taken them off the shelf. Meaning no one one even checked who was taking what! They then offer to remake it or I can leave my information and they will refund it later, but can’t right now. No way was I trusting them to do it later, so they said 5 minutes and they would remake the order. Got the order and left. Will never be back to this location, since apparently it’s a massive joke when they mess up, and there’s no accountability whatsoever. The manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to us despite the girl saying she would have them come over. Ridiculous. And the kicker? Took only 10 minutes to get back to my house, and the “freshly made” food was ice cold, over cooked, and gross. No pride in their work or care for the...
