If I could give this a 0 star review I would! We recently attended a party here. There were 3 teenagers working and all were extremely rude and unattentive, We were told we couldn’t even go sit at the party table without taking our shoes off the socks they offered were just big enough to fit my 9 year old so several of the guest had to stand in the entry way of the building. (Side note you have to use a public bathroom with out your shoes on since it’s located on the other end of the place... how gross is that?) one of the rides were out of order and the others you had to pay for, this should be included since it’s a birthday party and any other place like this does include them so that took us by surprise! One staff member was on the phone for nearly an hour, and face timing with some man. The boy worker must have been new because he seemed very timid and uncomfortable around the kids! The pizza was taken out of the box and placed on plates a 1/2 hour before they called the kids to eat and the male employee vaccummed around the table with the food on it twice In fact he walked around with the vacuum because it seemed as if he couldn’t find anything else to do and kept vacuuming where the kids were playing. I have 2 older sons who are 8&9 not exactly a fun place for them but it was their little cousins birthday party it says kids 10 and u see can play so this shouldn’t have been an issue... however the “employees” followed my boys around and complained about everything that they tried to play with at one point an employee told my 9 year old that he shouldn’t even be there! They also told us that we needed to remind our children of the rules however we weren’t allowed to go into the play area to do this. Both my boys asked me if we could leave several times because of how they were treated in this “children’s place” at one point the 3 employees were standing in the center of the room whispering and talking instead of anyone working or engaging with the children and after that little “meeting” is when my children started being followed around the male employee even sat at the end of the slide to prevent the boys from being able to climb up. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever attended a birthday party! Save your money and piece of mind and...
Read moreWow, what an unforgettable experience at Kidz Kastle for my son’s 4th birthday! From start to finish, it was a blast. The venue is a private oasis of fun and safety, offering a solo trip of activities suitable for all ages, from bouncy houses, bouncy slides, rides, playgrounds, and designated play areas, each themed to spark imagination. There’s even a dance floor and a stage where the kids can sing karaoke. It’s every kid’s dream come true.
But what truly sets Kidz Kastle apart is their exceptional service. They were like party-planning superheroes, working closely with me to bring my vision to life. When a minor cake hiccup arose the night before, with the cake not matching the party theme, I called the venue in a panic. Remarkably, they sprang into action, accommodating the changes to ensure that we would still have the perfect party. This level of dedication truly impressed me and speaks volumes about their commitment to making every event memorable.
Kidz Kastle truly took the stress and pressure out of party planning, handling everything from decorations to cleanup with efficiency and care. All we had to do was be there on time and bring the cake.
Sure, while the price may lean towards the higher end, Kidz Kastle offers packages that truly assist with budgeting. After booking the venue, you have the freedom to choose from different budget-friendly packages, putting you firmly in control of your spending. These packages include various themes for decorations and party setups, allowing you to tailor the event to your child’s preferences and make their dream party a reality. However, when considering the overall experience, including the array of activities, attentive staff, and stress-free planning, Kidz Kastle is unquestionably worth every single penny.
Needless to say, we’ll be returning for future birthdays and have already started spreading the word to other school moms for private playdates. Kidz Kastle has definitely earned a permanent spot in our...
Read more*This review has been edited to respond to the comment from the owner as follows: I previously stated that the changes had not been listed on the website and I was wrong about that. However I stand by my statement that yes, the staff (a young girl) at the door did in fact handle this poorly causing my child to cry. Since the owner was not present I do not appreciate being told what transpired which is essentially calling me a liar. *
This was my children's favorite place to be but we hadn't been for about a year and boy have things changed. There are strict time limits now, my kids used to be able to play for hours and it was worth us driving an hour to go there because they would make a day of it. Not anymore. There are scheduled play times and if you arrive in the middle you will pay full price for just a half hour!
I will say that this location has a wide variety of very fun activities for little ones, it is just no longer worth the expense for me for the limited timeframes.
Another big change is that now there are height requirements and my 7 year old cried tears down her face when the girl at the door told her she was too big to play in most areas anymore. I can understand the reasoning behind that rule, but what I can't abide is the heartless inconsiderate way it was handled. If the staff had been kind about it I would have considered returning with only my younger child but based on this experience, we'll...
