THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!! Recently I was at a party and my diamond wedding ring fell off my finger, the ring was finally found at the end of the night. It was stepped on and smashed and 5 small diamonds popped out and were lost. I took the ring to Yepremian Jewelers to price out a reconstruction of the ring. As I was leaving, Sebouh Yepremian said, "We will beat any competitor by 10%." I left and returned with prices after checking with other jewelry stores in the area. Yepremian Jewelers honored their "Low Price Guarantee" and beat Baxter's, Ross Simons, Hannoush and Providence Diamond prices. We sat down with Yepremian Jewelers for over an hour going over the original design of the wedding ring which included some pictures I had. Yepremian made us feel very comfortable, they offered us coffee and biscotti and very carefully explained all the things that had to be done which was an entire reconstruction of the wedding ring. To make a long story short, we left the ring and waited for the call telling us to come pickup the ring. Yeprmeian also sent a text message letting us know the ring was ready which I thought was a great idea. I can't express enough gratitude to Sebouh for his expertise and drive for customer satisfaction. I needed to cut my engagement ring and wedding band off my finger because of a sprain that caused my fingers to swell and make my hand and arm go numb. After I cut them off I missed placed them for 1 year and 1 day. I had been extremely distraught over this, thinking I lost them forever.
